AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL, the blonde girl in the fitting room was so rude, made me not want to buy a dress at all. Insulted me, and all the girls I was shopping with. If it wouldn’t of been for the horrible customer service I would of probably bought one of the dresses. I’ll take by business elsewhere. For that expensive of dresses they can at least have decent customer service.

I love this store! I did read the other comments but the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I’ve gone in during prom season and of course it’s full because girls are wanting to get THE dress they are dreaming of and the staff is trying their best to attend all the costumers. They make me feel so welcomed every time I come in looking for a dress for a pageant/​any formal occasion. I use to go to Bella Nova but the dresses they sell always have something messed up. Once I found Z Couture I stopped going there and made this store my go to pageant dress shop. They’ve got so many different things to choose from and they’re shipping is quick! I definitely recommend it to anyone & everyone. They can and will help you find THE dress. There are so many different varieties/​style of dresses for all different types of people. You have to check it out and have your own experience before judging the store. I absolutely love it!

Absolutely horrible experience! Rude and unpleasant sales staff… on top of the fact they lie to you about pricing on alterations! I will never shop here again and regret spending money at this store!!! Never again.

I honestly wish I could give a star negative rating. The minute we stepped in me and my friend were looked at and treated as if we could not be trusted with the merchandise. It was to the point where the lady literally FOLLOWED US INTO THE DRESSING ROOM TO RETRIEVE THE DRESS BACK BEFORE WE TRIED IT ON!!! I’m not sure why we were treated this way but she acted like we didn’t deserve to buy these dresses because we were black and I don’t mean to play the race card but I don’t like getting The side eye when my money is being spent for your shitty service! I will not be recommending the boutique to anyone and will not be returning!

I recently had the experience of shopping for a prom dress with my youngest daughter and was very pleased with the selection, price point and the outstanding customer service we received. I have told all of the mothers of my daughters friends to shop there! Best store in Austin to buy that special dress!

There is very few times you expect to have the upmost respect when purchasing a product. When you purchase your prom dress. And when you purchase a wedding dress. I came in looking for a prom dress. Drove all the way from liberty hill to austin to look for the perfect dress. We were not greeted. The 4 – 5 girls who work there were standing in a group laughing and giggling. I am in a business that requires you to have outstanding customer service and to say the least this visit was unpleasant. The dressing rooms where filthy and the girls didn’t ask if you needed help with zipping up the dress and when I asked someone for help in helping tie the back; she simply rolled her eyes as if it was an Inconvenience for her. I was referred to come here by a mother of a client where I work and I will be sure to tell every person I come in contact with not to come to this place. I asked my mother to take a picture for my father who is overseas and she snapped and said «we have exclusive dresses there is obviously signs that say no photography. So don’t take pictures» I said okay no problem; as it wasn’t. I went back into the dressing room and as soon as I got back in there the same lady who had just told me not to take pictures was laughing talking to a blonde girl and continued to bash me not knowing I was standing in the area right beside her. I neatly put the dresses back into their bags; even the $ 580 dress I was going to purchase and handed her the dresses. I stated «before you begin talking trash about your clients make sure they have left the store.» I asked for the managers number as well as her name and she was completely dumbfounded. No response so I told her I would be contacting someone higher than her and I would take my business elsewhere. Hands down the absolute worst place I have ever stepped foot in. Not even your best dress would allow me to buy from a place with as terrible service that I received.

Stopped in for a prom dress for my daughter… she’s a bit of a fashionista. The owner and her staff didn’t skip a beat! They catered to my daughter and her every wish like she was Cinderella preparing for the ball!!! I would recommend this store to everyone!

The service here is abysmal. I came into with my sister to look for a maid of honor dress. No one helped us and it was obvious no one was helping us look for a maid of honor dress because there were a handful of teenagers with mommy’s credit card looking for prom dresses. The other reviews on here seem to say that the service is always this bad and if anyone is looking for a bridesmaid dress, a maid of honor dress, a prom dress that really is unique, or even a non-​traditional wedding dress I HIGHLY recommend The Bridesmaid Store in North Austin. The service is amazing and your choices are literally endless.

Came here to buy a reception dress for my wedding. Although the dress I picked out didn’t fit, I still was treated very well. I was greeted by a friendly employee and she was very helpful with getting a fitting room. She even zipped me up! I ended up skipping on this BEAUTIFUL dress, but I did buy some shoes. Got them within two weeks (before the lady said I would). The sales lady called and left me a friendly voicemail saying they’re ready to pick up whenever I could. The dresses are top of the line and very fashion forward. I read other reviews for this store, but I was treated very well by attentive/​friendly staff. I would recommend this store… too bad it wasn’t opened when I went to prom!

I went here with a friend of mine and her daughter to buy a prom dress. They were extremely rude and actually told my friends daughter she was eating to many hamburgers insinuating that she was to plump. When the dress was paid for and picked up by my friends daughter they let it leave the shop with snags and the back hook closure was broken.

I came to Z Couture to purchase a Pink Pewter head band. I stood at the counter and was never asked if I could be helped. There were two ladies working and neither one even looked at me or acknowledged me with even a welcome. Customer service is so important especially at a place that caters to monumental moments in ones life like a wedding or prom. I just came for a head band but I cannot imagine how they treat ladies that are shopping for something more. I walked out and chose to take my money elsewhere.

I came here looking for a dress for prom and I came at a good time too — they were having a Spring Break sale. I got a dress for 70% off of the retail price (and it’s GORGEOUS!), but I didn’t really care for the service here. The owner was a bit curt, especially when I asked if I could receive any sort of discount on the dress I wanted, due to multiple areas of fraying after multiple people trying it on, so that it could offset the price of a tailor I would need to fix it. I asked another saleswoman and she said the same thing, that the sale was already a good deal on the dress. I understand that they are a small business, and I am happy to support local stores, but having no leeway on the price was a little disheartening.
