A very sweet, professional, and compassionate young lady by the name of *Windy Smith* is an angel in disguise! I called her in major distress over relocating to Austin, TX. and she has gone over and above her call of duty to help me and my family! She has expert customer service skills, a compassionate ear and, has followed through with everything she said she would, and could do! Windy is awesome! I got a Unilocal account just so I could write this review. She helped me find a great apartment downtown for cheaper than anything I had found. I had pretty much given up and was willing to shell out the extra money just to get an apartment downtown, but I’m so glad I got in touch with Windy. She gave very helpful suggestions, and with her help I found the perfect apartment within 24 – 48 hours of first talking to her.

I’m not originally from the Austin area and not familiar with much around there, so additional help to find an apartment was highly needed. I was relocating from states away for work and had many specifications to follow. Luckily I found Windy and she exceeded my expectations. She listened to what I needed and was very concerned that I found the best fit. She is courteous and respectful and I couldn’t have done better without her.

I had never used an apartment locator before, but I am so glad I did this go around! Especially glad that it was Windy! She was very kind and really cared about what our wants were. She was quick and attentive. Our first day searching we didn’t quite find what we were looking for, but she was determined to help us find our perfect fit and kept searching for other options. The second day of searching we found exactly what we were wanting. It was actually an enjoyable experience and I would use her again in the future! Much better and less stressful than doing it on your own!

We had a very specific and challenging request which Windy found right away!
My grandmother is in a wheel chair and we were hoping to find a place that would accommodate.
It is very hard to find a unit that not only has wide door frames but also has a standing shower.
She found us a place that has it all! Wide (pocket!!!) doors, lowered counter tops and the selling point: a roll-​in shower specifically made for wheel chair access.
Needless to say my whole family is content and breathing easier because now all we have to worry about is packing!

Windy is wonderful. She has so much patience, listens to her customer’s needs, and never pressures. She found me the perfect home even after I had become discouraged. She is a very genuine locator. I definitely would/​already recommended her to anyone I know looking for a home.
