I stumbled upon Wellspings at my yearly skin check with my dermatologist. I had some questions about laser hair removal and my doctor referred me over to Shannon who happily answered all of my questions and did a free consultation with me while I was still in the office. I have been extremely satisfied with my treatments and Shannon is very professional and an overall genuine person. I had to move to Houston a few months ago but I make sure when I am in Austin to schedule my appointments with Shannon because she is the only one I trust!

I originally went to see Shannon a few years ago after she’d been recommended by 3 women I worked with who had used her services, and I have one thing to say — she’s AWESOME! She’s professional, fair, very good as what she does, and on top of all of that she’s a wonderful person. I’d had laser hair removal through one of the big chains before and found the experience discouraging — the expense was prohibitive, turnover high and the machines outdated. I would not recommend anyone else in Austin for treatments.

Shannon Hicks came highly recommended by many of my friends when I was looking into laser hair removal. I have had one session and so far so good. The office was very clean and professional and Shannon is very professional. I will update my review as I continue treatments.
