Vintage Vapor South Austin

I love this shop. Still one of the best on the south side. Chad and Justin truly care for the customer and go out of the way to make them feel that the right choice was made. They are also very adamant about advocacy which is always a good thing. Make sure when you go you get a custom build from Chad you won’t be disappointed.

Best fucking customer service! Dominick helped us out with a new tank, new juices and new device. These guys care about what they sell an offer, they want to make sure when you walk out the door your happy and satisfied. This will be my new vape store from now on!

The shop itself is welcoming and the décor is really well thought out and attractive. Justin was also very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. The vapor liquids that they carry are varied and of high quality. He really took the time to listen to what we like and make fantastic recommendations.
My husband and I replaced cigarettes with vaping and are working on quitting. The fact that they offer all ranges of nicotine levels, all the way down to zero, and in so many flavors means that my options are endless as I work towards my goal.
Thank you for being in South Austin. This is now my go to place and I highly recommend it.

My room mate made me aware of this place about 6 months ago.
I was really impressed with the staff being able to answer my questions, their prices are reasonable, and it’s close to home.
There been a few times when I would get home, and noticed the nicotine level was not what I asked for. I informed the staff, and just got a shrug. Lesson learned, as a buyer, make sure your order is right before you leave the store.
My other issue happened today. I broke my tank, and needed a new one.
Yes, I know it’s Sunday, and places have limited hours. I work in a retail/​service industry. so I took it upon myself to check online what the hours are. I couldn’t find it, but I’m just around the corner, what’s the worse that could happen?
I get in the parking lot, and the sign is flashing open. Awesome.
I get in the store, simply said «hello» to the fully grown man behind the counter.
The man looks at me as if I had leprosy, and in a tone equivalent to a snobby valley girl
«Uhhh, dude, we’re closed»
I apologized, and he snipped back «Yeah, we close at 6… bud’
I informed him that the door was unlocked, and the sign is flashing open. (Your suppose to lock the doors when counting down money). I was going to inform him that it’s 5:57, and technically you should still be open. But I’m not going to even bother dealing with some asshole sales clerk, who forgot to take his Midol, and had a bad day.

I love these guys. They are really cool and laid back. They help me out when they are out of one flavor and give me a very similar flavor of e cigg juice. I also buy my modifications here and the hemp cotton. Awesome guys and chick with the glittery eyeshadow!

Vintage Vapor is by far the best vape shop in Austin! I have gone to over 15 different vape shops in the Austin area and no one compares to Vintage. I love the North location ask for Justin or if you are down south ask for Ricky, whoever is there to help you out is going to give you the best experienced hands down. They have a huge selection of premium juice great prices and a rewards program. If you are intelligent you will only shop at Vintage Vapor! Mike H

This shop is amazing. I work at the fiesta right next door, I come in almost everyday. Ricky and Justin are great guys, also there new guy Gerald is the coolest. They’re very knowledgeable, this is my vape shop. I don’t go to very my vape stores but this one is by far my favorite.

These guys are always cool. No attitude, no stigma. Just cool guys. I would recommend that they expand their juice line, but aside from that, they offer a good product for a good price. Good job guys, keep up the good work!

I can’t recommend this shop enough! Justin, Michael, and the rest of the crew here have expertly guided me through the vaping journey so far. Their house juice is great, but they also carry my personal favorite brand, Electric Ember. Everyone that works here is very knowledgeable, super friendly, and always willing to help out. They really take pride in the products they choose to carry, as well. If you’re currently vaping or thinking of starting, check out this old-​time styled shop. You’ll be glad you did! After reading my post back, I realize it sounds like I’m advertising for Vintage Vapor. I have no problem with that.

My boyfriend and I went in here today on the hunt for an e-​pipe. My bf had one that he loved but ended up losing at a bar one night about a month ago (oops!). We had been searching for a new one since then and hadn’t had any luck until we stopped by here.
The guy that was working was super friendly and told us that they didn’t carry those in their store, but that he’d worked at a different shop (vapor joe’z) that used to carry those and that he would be happy to call them for us and find out if they still had them. We were in luck – he said they had one left and gave us the address!
I was so surprised and impressed that he was willing to help us out like that – and send us to a totally different store/​company. It was really awesome of him. My bf will be buying his e-​liquids/​supplies at this shop from here on out! Thanks so much guys!

Justin, the owner, was so awesome ! I didn’t know much about ecigarettes, but wanted to make the change from smoking. I went in on a whim and he explained everything to me and walked me through it all! I ended up buying a «starter kit» and quit smoking the next day. haven’t touched a cigarette since ! He was very, very informative.
