I always get my eyebrows done here, I’m not sure what the name of the lady who normally does mines. They always do attend to under quote the waiting list so reality if they say 15 – 20 min (they normally do) it’s really like 35 minutes. When it comes to nails, honestly I always feel rushed. I don’t do my nails here unless I’m desperate to get a fill in for my acrylic. Other then that, I always return every 10 days to get my eyebrows done here !

Cindy did a great job on both my nails and toes! I was in a hurry and she did an excellent, quick job. I read the reviews after I visited, and will be going back to check the consistency of work. There was only one other customer in the salon, and she seemed to be satisfied as well. I’m not a fan of the awkward silence while getting your nails done, and was pleasantly impressed with the interaction with all the staff I saw there.

Do NOT GO HERE. Super unsanitary. I am a cosmetologist and I know the sanitary things they are supposed to do. They did nothing sanitary. Dirty files, clippers, getting products out of containers with their hands, etc.
On top of all this, there was some girl there who was obviously a prostitute on drugs. I was seriously scared for my life. I just wanted the nail tech to hurry up so I could leave. The prostitute’s pimp just waited outside for her.
The pedicure was $ 35 and lasted about 25 minutes. What a waste.

Worst experience ever with Mai. she ripped off my eyebrows. The pedicure sucked and I wouldn’t trust this place. Terrible customer service and shitty products.

They yell at customers and just want your money. I had to drop everything and assist my mother due to the Owner Jimmy who was fighting with his wife yelling at the top of his lungs at her, because they removed her nails and then decided to inform her they did not carry her nail type!!! Furious that they mad my mother cry I went up there. Once I arrived the man apologized to ME! Not my mother but me??? I looked at his sad miserable face and said its to late for sorry. We will never go here and I suggest if you have someone you care for don’t send them that way. If I could rate this place a 0 star that would be the case.

I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place. I can’t really say anything good about it & I feel like I’m a really nice person & give people chances.
One male employee was really friendly when we walked in and that’s about it. The woman who did my nails just seemed mad to be there as did the woman who did my friends nails. They both didn’t seem to know how to remove gel polish at all which can’t be that hard if you work at a nail salon? It actually hurt when she was removing it because she was using a drill type thing. I’ve never had my gel nails removed like that. After she finally got it removed she quickly did a «manicure». Then I picked a color, but there wasn’t many to chose from. Next I had to move seats to do the painting process. That parrt was relatively normal but at the end my nails just didn’t look right? I can’t really explain but they also don’t feel right. They aren’t as shiny as usual. Anyways I just wouldn’t go here again or recommend it at all.

I sat in a pedicure chair for 45 minutes with the water getting progressively colder. No one offered to refill the bowl with hot water during that time. The person who performed my pedicure did not use the cuticle trimmer, and did not use scrub on my legs. I was disappointed with the experience. I also did not see any sanitation equipment, which was concerning. The person next to me also sat for a long period of time and while I was getting my pedicure she pointed out that the water in her bowl was cold

I needed a great place to help fix my mismanaged nails! It’s always hard to find a good place when you’re not familiar with the city… I Unilocaled UT nails and read the reviews so far so good so I checked them out!
Definitely going back! Jimmy worked on my nails and he was brilliant. Took off my old nails without any pain, (always the worst part for me)
And the prices are great!
They rock!

Came here today based on the reviews that were pretty positive … Well :/
I came in and there was no one else here, so I thought it was a great time for excellent service.
The gal that did my nails was exceptionally rushed, despite there being no one else in the salon.
I asked for solar nails/​manicure.
She did, unfortunately, a terrible job with the removal of the cuticles. There is a bunch of cuticle that should have been removed (or that is typically removed at better salons) that is still here and looks not too appealing.
She colored the nails, as well as skin, but never removed the color on the skin. Literally, it’s stuck on there now :(
I’ve gone to other places where they massage the wrists, and expected that here, but did not get it.
She applied the last spray of whatever chemical dries the nails faster, but they are still pretty wet !
I would not return.

I LOVE This Place. Off IH-​35, Husband & Wife Owned. Seriously, The Only Nail Salon In AUSTIN Who Has Dark Pink For Solar Nails Which I Love. UT Is The Best, She Is The Only One Who Can Touch My Nails. Can Get Super Busy But It’s Easy & Fast To Make An Appoitment.

This place is great! We just moved in here from Boston and not a lot of saloons over there provide the same amount of service. I had pedicure here and their attention on details is amazing! Thanks UT!
