I’ve only been to this place once but I was underwhelmed. The service was sweet but the selection was very slim and the prices seemed high. If all you need is a few basic items it will do the job but I don’t think I will be going back.

Just like I tell the ladies, just because its smaller doesn’t mean its unsatisfying. The Co-op East offers a surprising amount of UT clothing and assorted Longhorns paraphernalia. I say surprising because the location is significantly smaller than the main Co-op store. This location gets less crowded(except on gamedays) and getting around it is a bit more manageable.

What a gem this place is. Why would I go to the crazy huge CoOp on Guad when this little shop has everything I need?(or needed*, back in the college dayz) Many UT folk order their textbooks in advance and pick them up at the main CoOp, so they don’t have to go through the hassle of scouring the many aisles of books. Brilliant idea, right? Wrong. That place is nuts when its the beginning of school.(Or anytime, really.) Ordering your textbooks and clicking the option to pick them up at the CoOp East? GENIUS! They have their own(free) parking lot, and the place is never crowded. In and out within a matter of minutes. They have lots UT paraphernalia, too of course. It is a CoOp afterall!

I have been here a few times to buy art supplies for my Textiles and Apparel class. It is very neatly organized and the employees are helpful. I think they are a bit overpriced, but that is expected.
