Twin Oaks Florist

Wow, i was really suprised when i visited twin oaks florist a few days ago. The last time before that, was when they first opened. The guy there makes the most beautiful arrangements. I was in a hurry & he was able to make my arrangement fast and amazingly beautiful. They had a beautiful wide selection of flowers. I would definitely recommend this florist to all my friends and family, plus the workers are very friendly and helpful. So if your looking for fast, friendly service, not to mention reasonable prices, i would definitely recommend twin oaks florist.

Awful experience! My boyfriend purchased flowers for me (173 $ worth) and was set to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, the flowers DID NOT arrive and when he called to ask they originally said they were delivered then changed their answer to the delivery guy didn’t make one of the stops so that was probably our order… He was told they’d call him back but never did. Sunday closed so I called this morning where a man answered the phone and came across completely apathetic no one apologized for the mishap or had any sort of customer service to the point I had to ask him why is he in a bad mood and he basically just said there is nothing he can do without the owner there and that he’ll get the owner to call back. When I asked when they’d be in he said he doesn’t know. Both my boyfriend and I got NO WHERE with this place. We just want to make sure we aren’t charged for the flowers as we no longer want them since the holiday has passed and want to reach out to the owner so they are aware of the lack of empathy and customer service their employees are supplying. I would not recommend this florist to anyone as this was our first and last experience with this shop.
Update:
I called back to get an update on the whole situation that wasn’t resolved, the same male answered the phone and when I had said I was the woman who called earlier he hung up the phone like legit phone click and everything ended. Rude much?! I immediately called back and a polite woman answer the phone. She was sympathetic and everything customer service should be, so kudos to her! Keep her around but the shop should terminate whatever man was working today (feb 16) because he is going to make them lose business severely based on his attitude alone!

I’ve purchased roses – in person – from Twin Oaks Florists several times. They’re always fresh and very beautiful. Also, the people who run it are very nice.

I called Twin Oaks on February 12 and ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my daughter on Valentine’s Day (Feb. 14). They were happy to take my order and my money. They never made the delivery and never called me or my daughter (I provided both phone numbers). What jerks.
