This is the only place I bring my expensive shirts to be cleaned and pressed. They do a excellent job everytime!

Unlike the previous reviewers, I’ve had nothing but good service and good results when taking my shirts and dry cleaning to the Top Hat at the Braker Ln Randall’s supermarket. 1. The woman most often behind the counter, Gloria, is funny and friendly and has gone out of her way to provide quality service. I asked if more than just the collar button could be buttoned and, presto, ever since that’s been the case on every shirt I’ve taken in. 2. Silks? I typically take in 2 – 3 silk shirts per visit. Never a problem. They are dry cleaned and cost a bit more, but that’s what silk is all about. 3. Problems. Sure. Occasionally, a shirt will come back mis-ironed. I always ask to have it redone, and every time I’ve been satisfied. 4. I’ve taken in shirts every day of the week and never been told to take them home and bring them back later. They are always ready within 2 days. I have tried 5 or 6 other cleaners in Austin. None are as good or as friendly as Top Hat, at Randall’s.

Do not go here! The service they provided was by far the worst I have ever had anywhere, and to top it off the price was not worth it! I came in to drop off my dirty laundry on a Friday and apparently they don’t do laundry on the weekends because the woman asked me to take home the clothes I was dropping off to wash and then bring them back so they wouldn’t stink. I told her I was unable to wash these myself and that’s why I was taking them in, and she still insisted that I come back AGAIN on Monday!!! I think not. The previous time I had gone there the clothes had a funny smell and was overpriced for the small amount I had cleaned. Definately done with top hat.

Don’t bother. They don’t accept silks. I stepped in a puddle while wearing some white pants and they were unable to get the water stain out. I took the pants to another cleaner and they got it out, so I know the stain wasn’t impossible.

I have finally given up on this company. For 6 years I have allowed broken buttons on many of my shirts to just be ingnored. Then a pair of work pants had a tear that only after many attempts was sewed together — but I can’t wear them to work anymore. NOW, my favorite linen shirt has been ruined with stains on the sleeves. After 4 weeks i still have not heard from manager Kevin, what is to be done. I want to be compensated for my shirt! I want the owner to call and apologize — but I get no call! Do not go here!
