Love this place! We have 3 acres to maintain and bought a large riding mower from another equipment dealer about 12 or 13 years ago. We had become dissatisfied with their prices, service, attitude, and their long turnaround time. I discovered this shop when it was a small but thriving business catering to, apparently, lawn maintenance companies to keep their commercial equipment up and running. Really liked them then, but I absolutely LOVE them now that they’ve moved across the street to their new location on W. Anderson and Anderson Square. No more parking and access problems in a tiny yard. Now it’s a one-​way pick up/​drop off system. Every employee I’ve ever talked to is friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and intelligent, and they really seem to put customer service as a top priority. They give me great information whenever I ask a question and never, ever talk down to me. They’ve done a great job working on our mower for several years now. Their prices are better than our previous shop, and it’s also closer and more convenient to get to. It’s one of those places that I wish I had more reason to go to besides bringing the mower in for servicing every year or two. Great shop.
