I used Tom Dye to fix a problem with my septic several years ago. Being ignorant of these kinds of things, I paid his bill of $ 4000 without question. I have since used another company who cleaned the septic field, cleaned the septic tank, marked the septic field, put new covers on the septic tank and provided exceptional customer service. Their bill was $ 1200. I looked back at the bill from Tom Dye and found that the bill listed $ 4000 with no details of the services provided. I believe that he saw me, a single, unknowledgeable woman as an easy mark, and ripped me off. He got $ 4000 from me for ½ day’s work. In addition, others in my neighborhood share their opinions about vendors on our neighborhood’s website and he has a very bad neighborhood. This makes me very, very mad!

Bottom line — Tom Dye and his crew are knowledgeable and honest. If you have septic system issues call them.

Tom and his crew really know their stuff. This is the 2^nd time I’ve had to use him to repair our system. He’s honest, forthright, and truly cares about getting the job done right for the client. We’ve found our septic system guy for life (or at least as long as we own this house).
If you have a septic system and live in the Bee Cave, Lake Travis, Dripping Springs, Westlake, or Rollingwood areas, Tom should be the 1^st one you call when you have a problem.
