Tianna Nails

I just got the cutest manicure of my entire life! Simple little shop with very reasonable prices & friendly, attentive staff.
But best of all my nails look perfect! I wanted a glitter accent nail and she picked the best possible one to go with the grey polish I used. She made sure there was ample glitter so it stood out. And my nail shape is gorgeous, exactly what I wanted and she was very attentive and made sure I liked it.
I will be back!

The good: friendly staff, I didn’t notice the smell that other reviewers mentioned. Overall quality of pedi was good. I had torn off one of my big toenails, and it is still pretty short, so she did well working with that. BUT:
The bad: My big toenail on my other foot looks awful. The area near the cuticle is a mess, and there is a dent in the top where she didn’t file it even. Unfortunately, it’s so bad that I will probably take it all off. I doubt that I will be back, and that’s too bad, because it is literally around the corner from my house.

I had my first mani and pedi today with Tianna and she is amazing! She took her time, made sure I was happy with her work and the prices are reasonable. I have found my new salon and will keep going back.

I will never go to another nail salon. I even left for a year for school and refused to see anyone else. I always come back because the staff is friendly and is there to make sure you get what you want. My nails and eyebrows turn out great and they treat me nice. I feel pampered and feel like a friend not a customer. The owner is so sweet and she means the world to me. The first time I went I felt like I was invited in and they have always remember me when I come back. I never feel like they just want to do their job and send me out the door this is the one salon that they want to get to know their customers. The prices are great the environment is clean and relaxing.

Great place. Loved the staff, they are very nice. The place is kept very neat and clean. The paraffin pedicure is surely worth a shot.

Great place. Love how Karen do my nails. She takes her time and fixes them to perfection. The prices are a good deal, other places charge per color & design. Tianna is so sweet & i been coming here almost since they opened, she recognizes my voice every single time i call to set up an appointment. :)

Great place. One of my acrylics broke and they happily fixed it for me. Will return. I got exactly what I wanted. Full set was only $ 20.

I was pretty satisfied. Decent price and they came out good. Typical nail salon nothing that stuck out from the rest. Likely to return due to convenient location, and the fact they did my nails the way I requested.

Very clean and professional. I got the shellac pedicure which was pretty nice. The quality of the service for the price was perfect. I would go back because the service was right on as well as the quality of the pedicure I received.

My friend and I were here some time last year. Tiana is lovely, and the rest of the staff is nice too.
There was an issue with another customer while we were there — a guy was getting a full set and had the girl redo it 3 times because he kept changing his mind about what he wanted. Then he tried to get out of half of his bill, having been there taking up this poor girl’s table for more than an hour and a half… the girl was needless to say very upset with her customer, and justifiably so. But Tiana settled things and was very professional — you can tell they want to keep their customers happy.
My friends mani/​pedi took a little while, but there wasn’t anyone available when we first got there. By the time we left, 2 people had helped her and got it done as quickly as possible.

The first time I came here, the place smelled so strongly of chemicals that I almost walked right out. But I really needed a manicure so decided to stay.
Karen very nice and, though I was worried at how aggressive she was being with the cuticle nippers, I’m glad to say, it was three weeks before they started getting scraggly again, which is impressive. I was not worried at all with the polish application, you could tell she was a pro.
While we were chatting, I asked if she liked her job and she said, without hesitation, «I love it.» How many of us can say that? It shows in her work: I have never had a manicure stay in such good shape for so long. It was four days before I got the slightest chip in one nail, several before a second chip, and so forth. It was a full two weeks before they were chipped enough to take the polish off but my hands still looked very nice for another week after that. And that was just with my own Essie polish, not gel!
Back for a mani and pedi today. Karen did an impressive job on my short, scraggly nails. Came in before lunch, the smell is much reduced so I recommend coming in as early as possible. Still, minus a star for the strong smell and the annoying tennis match on tv that was incredibly annoying and no one was watching and the annoying country music. They need a better ventilation system and trash tv on at all times.

I would never return. They told me that they would be ready to give me a pedicure and my sister a manicure in 10 minutes. At about 30 minutes they sat me down in the chair and put my feet in chilly water. They then assisted a woman who got in five minutes after I arrived. Then 15 minutes later (now 45 minutes have passed) I asked for a towel so I could leave. The lady who sat me down came hustling out of the back room saying not to go and seemed frustrated that I was leaving. My sister wasn’t even seated though! If you can’t fit us in, be honest! And now I have water-​logged, clammy tootsies and my sister has to go on her date with chipped nails. Sad day.

I loved going here! Everyone was so sweet and the service was great! One of the best pedicures I’ve had in a while! I will definitely be visiting them again. You should make an appointment to get the best service. :)
