Therapy is legit. The coffee is so tasty, natural, and the best money can buy! Jeremi takes pride in finding the most delicious brews around. The owners are some of the nicest folks you will ever meet too! Support local.

I absolutely love this place because of the location(coffee stand inside 300 w 6th), super awesome baristas and of course the delicious coffee. I normally wouldn’t go out for coffee because my work provides it but the cold brew is really too tasty to pass up and I love supporting my local Austin businesses!

This review is only for the Pop up stand at 300 W 6th. I’ve been to this stand 4 times now, and 3 out of the 4 times they did not have coffee. The Americano they substituted was excellent those 3 times, but not sure why there is hardly ever coffee there. Service was great. the only complaint is why no coffee?

Caveats to this review: I’m not a coffee expert; I don’t regularly drink the juice of the gods; I have enough obnoxious energy on my own kthanx. Therapy sets up their sweet truck near my office a few days a week and I was talked into checking it out. I’d never tried butter coffee before and hoped they had it. While they did not have butter coffee(no blender on the truck) they did volunteer a sample of their delicious cold brew coffee. In my excitement to be out of the office I decided to give them a try via skim milk latte. They added just a drop of caramel flavoring and sent me on my way. It wasn’t as hot as I would have liked(I drink lots and lots of hot tea) so I zapped it for a few seconds and gave it a whirl. Seriously delicious. It’s much creamier and smoother than any latte I’ve ordered before. I’m not sure how they accomplish this wizardry but I like it. I have also tried a quarter of one of their muffins. It was worth the processed sugar rule I was breaking. It was all I could do to not order one to go with my latte. The sweet gal managing the monies also noted that they have breakfast burritos. Noted, little lady. Noted. They mentioned they’d get the butter coffee back come winter which makes sense; it’s a pretty rich beverage and very nearly a meal replacement. Except in winter when you want to extra-pad what you have. I’m going to have to save my treats for visits to Therapy. It’s yummy without being a Trudy’s Mexican brownie a la mode — wait, who said that? Stop tempting me, sugar subconscious.

All around 5 stars. They recently opened a pop up stand in the building where I park for work at 300 w 6th. Jeremi and his staff are awesome. The very rare few people I can say I enjoy talking to at 8am before I’ve had my coffee. And definitely some of the best espresso I’ve had in Austin. I get free coffee at work but I stopped drinking it(because its not great) a few weeks prior to them opening up shop where I park. Literally the best thing that could have happened to my morning commute. I hope they keep the stand open here for a while! They need to get a full-time shop!

You know when someone has a reverse osmosis water filter connected to their coffee machine that they don’t F around. And the grounds are precisely weighed. This place makes Starbucks taste like gas station coffee. Definitely great stuff — it’s an art here.

Truly brilliant espresso drinks. Jeremi know his coffee and if you’re like me and you’re an espresso geek, he will gladly chat with you about the coffee he’s using, grams in and out, tamper tech, the works. And he makes an incredible Americano in the Aussie style(espresso on top of water rather than the other way around) so the crema stays on top. Incredibly good.

My reviews tend to focus on espresso in cafes, not trailers, as I’m a frequent café worker. The espresso(Americano), though, was superb, and Jeremy is a very friendly and knowledgeable barista. Says he may eventually open up a spot in the adjacent Bicycle Sport Shop on S. Lamar! Help him make it a reality! :-)

Call me anti-Austin, but I am so over the food trailer unreliability/inconsistency bullsh… but Jeremy at Therapy is winning my business! Killer cold brew and americanos. He uses Flat Track roasted coffee and really does it justice. The tea is also spot on and tastes super fresh. Interesting flavors curated by his wife. Make sure he’s open before you go though. His current location puts some major constraints on his business hours, but if he’s open you won’t regret stopping by.

As an avid coffee lover I just had to try this place and loved it. There are so many places that use beans that have been over roasted leaving a burnt dry taste. After just smelling the fresh brews from here you will know this is not your normal coffee joint. You can taste the quality of their ingredients and beans. That’s accompanied by the friendly outgoing personality of the owner makes this a must.

This is literally the best coffee I’ve found in Austin. I chatted with Jeremi, the owner, for a while and he really knows his coffee. Overall an extremely pleasant experience, I will definitely be coming back.

This place is great! Super friendly service and great coffee. I had an almond milk cappuccino, which was insanely good. My friend had one of their iced teas which was also really great! In all, this is a great place for a pick me up near Zilker Park.

Epic coffee truck in Austin! Natural tee too, and everything is local and fresh roasted. Delish!
