I believe the management of this store has changed and I will find another UPS store. I believe I was overcharged and service was misrepresented. I am an avid online shopper and receive and ship all the time. So, paying $ 14 to ship a box (ground) that did not even weigh two ounces seemed a bit odd. Also, I indicated that there was no rush on the shipping (cheapest price) but my recipient advised me that it arrived in 2 days. That explains the higher price. I’d love to believe that UPS did me a favor, but that price was just too high for my small, weightless box. I won’t be returning here.

I love this UPS store … I come here frequently and every experience has been a good experience. The folks at the store are extremely friendly and I trust them (I ship a lot of stuff that I sell through eBay including playstation’s etc… that I simply «drop off» with the destination) and they always package it correctly and ship it off to their destination. Literally the most hassle free experience one could imagine.
