Been a tenant for two years. I think the staff is really friendly and helpful. Maintenance is FAST! OK, so the obvious downsides — apartment life means you hear your neighbors. But I don’t think anything I’ve heard is excessive or out of the realm of normal, or even occurring at strange hours. Parking was a bit of a trouble when I first moved in, but I opted to ditch my off-site storage unit and get a garage here, and it was a wash money-wise. The property is really family friendly. Lots of kids around to play with. The pool is nice(saltwater!) and there is a playscape and a sport court, as well as lots of green areas. Very pet friendly with a great little dog park. There is a resident team that puts on events throughout the year like Breakfast with Santa, Back to School Bash, and even family game nights and free pizza nights. They really do want you to feel like you’re part of a neighborhood. I love the location too. Really convenient to lots of shops and restaurants, and even the MetroRail station at Lakeline is not too far away. Located in the Leander ISD, the buses pick up kids right at the leasing office which is really convenient.

Maintenance knows how to fix everything. A clog, a refrigerator, a marriage. I don’t know. They’re like Mario Brothers plumbing over here. They know what they’re doing. When our air conditioning went out, they gave us a portable one that made our room 80 below zero. It was awesome. Parking is kind of a problem sometimes but, hey, it could be worse in the city. How many cars do you need anyway? What’s the deal? Get one of those garages. Oh, you have one and can’t fit it in there? Well, aren’t you the hoarder. And scoop your dog poop. Holy crow. They have a clean gym, a pool, and a regularly used basketball court. The apartment I live in is second story and has a high ceiling with fireplace. The enclosed washer/dryer area is nice. You can pay your rent online which is a plus and on Cedar Park water, which is a plus plus. Tired of paying $ 85 water bills? Move out of Austin to this place. Also next to HEB and two 7 – 11’s. I don’t know why there are two 7 – 11’s next to each other for some reason. Anyway, good job.

Marquis at Volente is a good place to live. The management team seems to care about its tenants and property. And the property maintenance supe is very caring and up to speed with maintenance issues, usually resolved within 24 hours of request. They even listened to me in asking for additional recycling bins. The CARES Team sets up regular events and free meals for the residence. Enjoyed living here, especially its ease of access to highways and amenities.

Marquis @ Volente are very shady in their dealings with tenants. My apartment was entered into without my consent and my knowledge. Upon moving out they did the walk through prior to my lease being up. They never answer the phone and have indignant attitudes. This in my book leaves a lot to be desired. When I moved into this complex after my divorce from the west coast it was known as Amberley Ridge and the girls who ran the office were simply great. CWS Apartments bought out this place and ever since then it went down hill. The tenants were not what I would wish for and the property itself showed signs of dirt and garbage everywhere. Also never expect to get your deposit back they will charge for every little thing. I most definitely would not recommend this complex to anyone. Please be careful with the shady dealings. of this awful place.
