I own a technology startup and used Jack to handle a difficult restructuring that a few people involved in the company may have objected to.
Jack is very passionate about his work and was always personally available whenever I had a question or needed help. He was very knowledgeable about my issue, and told me upfront about potential pitfalls. We eventually worked out the issue with everyone in agreement.
Most of all, I trust Jack to tell me what he really thinks and cut through the poker-​faced nonsense I get from other attorneys I’ve worked with. Jack will be upfront with you about your case and will make sure things get done right. I highly recommend Jack for any small business legal issues.

Selecting an attorney can be a daunting task. Unfortunately in this day and age, it often is a necessary one. I have used Mr. Nichols on a few occasions and write this unsolicited review in praise of his professionalism and client focus. By our second meeting, it was clearly evident that Jack had done hours of research, knew what had to be done, and most importantly clearly outlined what was needed. The entire process was smooth and efficient and I was very pleased with the outcome. Perhaps what impressed me the most was his ability to explain the law in terms that any layman could understand. You hire an attorney for their knowledge and expertise BUT ALSO to provide you with true customer focused service. Jack exceeded those expectations. I have zero hesitation in recommending Jack.
