Called at 9am, and Jeff was at my house at noon (and I live at 30 minutes from their office) Extremely polite, and diagnosed the issue immediately, and knew exactly what to do. There for an hour, but it was flat rate of $ 60 — AWESOME!
Will be using IT Department for my IT needs from now on — highly recommend.
