They will overcharge you on your bill and when you question them about it they will claim they have no clue what’s going on and that they have no authority to help you fix it. The laundry service is gone. The gym and locker rooms are tiny. Horrible place. Avoid.

The only reason to go there was that they did your laundry and put it on your locker every day, so you didn’t need to take a gym bag. When they stopped that, it became worthless. Tiny gym, if you go at lunch be prepared for a crowd (everybody changing at the same time. «cheek to cheek» in a TINY locker room. Nuff said.) Except for that one amenity (which is no longer available) there are MUCH better places to work out downtown.

This has been my gym for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier. I work out here every day and it’s a pleasure. I never have to wait for a machine and the personal training is top-​notch. If you like a more intimate setting where you get to know the regulars and don’t have to deal with the craziness of Pure, than this is the place for you. However, If you enjoy working out on the weekend or prefer group classes after work, than you should probably look elsewhere.

Last time I was in Texas I came & worked out here with one of my friends & I really enjoyed this place. My friends membership was only $ 40 a month & I thought that was pretty good.
The equipment was up to date & the facility was very clean. I am used to going to a mega gym but I really enjoyed this facility. While you are riding the exercise bikes you can view the city from the large windows.
I really liked that they offered free two hour parking in the Frost Bank Tower parking garage with a validated ticket. They offered a very good massage program along with laundry service.
The facility also had a really nice locker room with a sauna & private showers. They had toiletries for you to use such as shampoo & mouth wash & also had hair dryers.
Overall it was definitely an upscale facility & when I am back in Austin Texas I look forward to coming here again.

Been working out here for a few months now and I love it. I’ve never been one to stick with a gym for very long, but the convenience offered leaves me with no excuse to miss a workout. I also appreciate the crowd this club — everybody seems to want to get in, finish their workout and get out. Not sure about Joanna’s experience, but I have never had any issues with the staff and I show up both in the mornings and after work.

I love this gym! My mom and I first visited this gym on a Saturday afternoon, and I expected it to be packed. Not the case. We were able to workout with our trainer, Vanessa, without waiting for any equipment. The place looked immaculate, and everyone there was exceedingly friendly. I love the towel service and fresh flowers in the ladies locker room. They also provide toiletries for members to use, although I did end up washing my hands with mouthwash. :) This is definitely a gym that I feel comfortable at! I’m not sure what that previous review is all about. I love this place!!!
