One of the best therapist I have ever had. She not only did amazing work on me but my boyfriend as well. She focused on my issues and told me how to fix them and continue care after. I will continue to recommend her to everyone I know.

Hello Nick I wanted to address you about this review. I didn’t know people were not able to contact me until I got your review. As far as I knew I was receiving all E mails, calls, and voicemails just fine. I AM very sorry to come off so unprofessional and none caring. I looked all over for your e mails. No luck. I was told about you stopping in at the only office I rent from. I do work two jobs. I’m slowly growing my business. I’m using a app for my business phone currently. I also, have someone helping me with the booking. I normally don’t pick up calls since I AM so busy. I wouldn’t normally think twice to even check the calls. Since I saw your review I found others who as well have not been contacted! I AM very upset at myself, people, and technology. I can’t blame anything or anyone but myself for not checking the darn phone sooner. Thank you for sharing and now allowing me to address this for you and anyone else who might have felt the same way you do. Again I AM very sorry but thankful for you at the same time. Blessed be.

I bought a Groupon about 3 weeks ago for a massage with her, and still have yet to hear back from Natanhna. I made several phone calls to both her listed cell phone and to her 512 number, and no one ever picked up, nor did she ever return any of my messages. I also sent her an email(the one listed on her business card), but the email was faulty and the message never went through. I even went into her Massage Therapy location, but the other masseuse who was actually there said that Natanhna bounces around between different locations. I went to her website and made sure I called her office during the listed Reception Hours on several different occasions, but I still never received a response or call back. Thankfully, I received a Groupon refund because they realized that she was flaky and didn’t live up to her end of the Groupon bargain. What business doesn’t communicate within 3 weeks with a potential client? I just wanted to get a 60-minute massage and that’s it, but apparently that was a complicated matter for the Empowered Goddess.
