— Pest control is inefficient. Still have roaches around after calling 3 times
The new management is doing a better job. Previously, there was no security. I suspected someone trying to break into my apartment and heard that a car was stolen from the lot. After these incidents, they decided to hire security patrols and cameras. Overall a 4-​star would seem reasonable due to the cons.

I absolutely love living here! The staff is wonderful and always eager to help. Maintenance is always quick to complete service requests and the ground look great! Great prices and great people. Defiantly would recommend living here!

Taylor was super helpful and found a great fit for me apartment wise! I will say the ladies are super sweet in the office.
Downfall to my experience thus far– I was a bit disappointed to have my vehicle towed the second night of living in my new place. Although I was parked a bit over the line, I was home at midnight from work and up at 6AM the next morning-​only to walk out and see that my car had been towed. A few weeks after, the property sent out a message about how the towing company patrols the area and not to park over the line at all. (Keep in mind these are ALL compact spaces, so it makes it more difficult when finding parking. Especially in the evenings).
I would have loved to have been given a heads up that the towing is so strictly enforced. I was very upset to have to pay $ 200 after all of my moving expenses.
