One of my AC units wasn’t working on Monday. Found out the compressor was shot. Roland gave me a bunch of options all the way from a used compressor (R22) to a brand new system. The service can’t be beat — he took care of the whole job in a day.

Roland was great! We had to move our A/​C units for a construction project and, after another A/​C guy backed out of our project last minute, I called Roland and he came by at the end of the day and did the job! He stayed late to finish because he knew we needed it done ASAP. He was extrememely knowledgable, efficient, and reasonable!!! I am actually so thankful that the other guy cancelled on us because Roland was great and seemed to really know what he was doing. Thank you Unilocal

Roland was awesome! Not only did he show up immediately after our landlord called him, he gave me a mini-​education on how to take care of our air conditioning unit. He also replaced my air filter, AND brought an extra one for the next time it needs a change. That in itself was very helpful, especially since our air filter size is impossible to find. Anyone who needs a quick, convenient, and honest HVAC repairman: look no longer! Roland Tey is your guy.
