If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired this guy, Tony, to make an alteration to our point of sale software that once he got here, he was unable to make. After he left, the POS software on one of the computers he worked on started malfunctioning. I asked him to come back and fix it, but we got it fixed before he returned. He showed up anyway while I was out of the office and fooled around for an hour doing«work» I had not asked him or approved him to do. Since he’s the«President» of the company, there’s no disputing the bill.

I actually live in Fredericksburg, TX, but have been in contact with both the Austin and Fredericksburg branches. I would not recommend either location. When I first met with Tony Beaulieu I had super high hopes that Tx Tech Solutions could come into my new business and get us organized and networked. I had simple requests, add office, two calendars that all employees can view/edit and to set up Outlook email addresses. The first meeting happened in May. I told him exactly what we needed and that being a new business we needed cheap and simple. He shows up the following week with a $ 5000 proposal! I explain again that our needs are basic and we need inexpensive. We get the proposal down to $ 1000 and then Tony disappears. I hear nothing for 3 – 4 weeks and after many phone calls he finally shows up out of the blue one Friday afternoon full of apologies and promises to finish the job he started. That was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. All that has been accomplished in 2.5 months is office has been added — and that doesn’t work quite right. When I reopen saved files they become ‘read only’ and I have to save them under another name. I make phone call after phone call and always receive the promise of Tony returning my call which never happens. I just called again and was told Tony would call me right back. That was 15 minutes ago now. I can’t stress enough how frustrating this has been and just plain annoying. I’m not asking for anything that should take more than a few hours! So, beware. The initial impression is nothing but good, but the reality… HORRIBLE.
