you should seriously look into changing the policies of this ridiculous agency, i.e. Willow brook Apts, should be condemned or forced to be put up to code, read my reviews there are tons of photos as to why these apts are sub-​par! They blamed everything on me, while pregnant & with a young child I still had to stay in this AWFUL apartment because of the TAA rules, regulations, policies, etc. I am not allowed to break my lease or I will be screwed for 7 – 10 years on my credit & for renting also WOULDNT have gotten my deposit back. I have rented in other states and IT IS NOT like this.

TAA is the only organization representing all aspects of the rental housing industry with a full-​time presence at the state capitol of Texas and before 18 state regulatory agencies.
