The hummus was good but a little lacking in spices. The falafel unfortunately was dry and the tahini sauce also lacking something. The baklava was not good at all.

Tempted to stop by this place every day on my way home. It’s hard not to… Everything I’ve had has been fresh and delicious, as well as large servings! I usually get the gyro wrap(comes with small salad) French fries are a must. Especially with the garlic paste/sauce stuff. So. Good. Staff is sweet and helpful! Be sure to tip!!:) I recommend this place to all Mediterranean food lovers. Babaghanouj is delicious!!! I could go on, but just try it yourselves. Happy hour is great, and hookah is fun! Anyway, stop by! Maybe you’ll see me there! Hidden gem in Austin, Texas. –Kt

Cool place. Food is great, coffee is intense, music is pleasant, never a wait. Its interesting to see people smoking hookah on the porch. Nice to get a break from the tacos.

Order the Tarbouch chicken wrap, add spicy and tzatziki sauce. The pita could have been better. But overall, food is decent.

Had beef shawarma, hummus and lemonade, they are all good. The beef is a touch dry but the flavor is all there. Staff is helpful. Will go again to try other dishes.

The food was delicious. I ordered the Tarbouch Chicken Plate. The chicken was tender, savory, well-seasoned, and balanced in its flavors. The grilled tomatoes were amazing, and the basmati rice was perfect with a pat of butter. I will be back.

Very good food and great staff. Patio is a great touch and not too loud even next to oltorf. I have had the dolma, chicken shawarma and gyro. All have been excellent. The house salad that comes on side is really good too. Definitely worth a visit!

I am not hard to please and it when it comes to arab food, my standards are not too high. Yeah, I pride myself on the ability to identify decent falafel but I really do give a break to the various of middle eastern cafes. I do not expect food like my mom’s or the middle east. Tarbouch did not fool with me and as this review is strictly for food as I did not smoke during my visit. charging 3.99 for dolma from a can or 10.99 for fake shwarma was not pleasing and throw in 2.99 for mint lemonade, which is not even close to the real thing. I am not questioning the authenticity but rather asking how they have managed to stay open after all these years. I was very dissatisfied and will not be returning. As much as i wanted to love this place, I will have to stick to kismet or halal bros from now on

Average Lebanese food at best. Pita is store bought, dolmas had a bizarre flavor, and falafel was bland. The tabouleh was decent as well as the hummus but without fresh pita it’s kind of a tease.

Love this place! Truly phenomenal Lebanese food, just like my Sitie and mother make it(or better… which I won’t ever tell them). If you want the BEST and most AUTHENTIC Lebanese food, Tarbouch is the place.

This place has some great food but the best thing on the menu is the lemonade! I would do CRAZY things for a glass of that lemonade. And the patio where you drink your lemonade is awesome!!! Perfect match for the lemonade.

The chicken and beef was all so flavorful! Loved the Lebanese merlot and desserts. I’ve had much better rice but overall, this was a great relaxing visit. I’ll be back for sure.

I was in need of some Middle Eastern food and my belly needed to be satisfied! It was. I felt that I was in Europe again eating this food! Not that the Middle East is in Europe but it’s close enough and I did eat this kind of food there. The food was simply great. I had a falafel wrap and the green beans appetizers! The fafafel was one of the best ones I’ve tried and the green beans is really cool beans and is a must. Do not leave without trying it! The service was simply fantastic and I will definately be back, probably tonight, and I was just there last night! Price is very reasonable!

I came here for my birthday for dinner. The food was great and our waitress was so helpful and nice. We even met the owner and his friend and had a great conversation with them while smoking our hookah. We will be back for sure. I loved my falafel and my husband had the vegetarian plate. The grape leaves were so good!

I always wish I could go here more often since it’s only around the corner from my house and today instead of just thinking about it I actually came in for dinner! SOGOOD I ate the entire thing. I ordered the gyros plate and it was just as delicious as I remembered it. I came in at around 8:30PM and there were a few people dining, which makes me happy. I wish more people would come in, kinda hard to see a packed parking lot for Curra’s but I’m still happy to see that their food is still just as good. There is always plenty of parking and some in the back as well so I am never worried about finding a spot. Food came out very fast and hot. My one con about the food was the salad was a bit drenched in dressing so it made the greens a tad mushy by the end. Everything else was still really good– especially the hummus that comes with it and the fresh parsley and onions.

Great spot! First time to eat Lebanese food, and I enjoyed it. It wS very small inside so we sat on the patio.

Yeah Tarbouch is awesome. It’s not much to look at but the service is great and they have hookah. I love the gyros wrap and you really can’t go wrong with any of the entrees. The menu is very small which I like and surprisingly their desserts are incredible! Get a piece of namura and a piece of baklava on your way out.
