Today is Thursday 10÷22÷15. I was there and there were a black guy, «He said I will be with in a minute» and I was waiting for almost 15 minutes he was just chilling around, and then one customer came he went to help her and he saw us we left, and he didn’t say anything. Bad location and bad customer service.

Do not use this location. I generally have good experiences with T-Mobile, but this location is an exception. I went in a few months ago to buy a Samsung S6. They had the 64gb version in stock, which I had not expected, so I decided last minute to upgrade instead of buying the 32gb version. They pushed very hard to try to get me to buy the edge, but I declined. I planned to pay cash, but the upgrade was over $ 100 more than I expected the upgrade to be. The young lady assisting me said that it was the last one they had, and she could not hold it for me if I left to get a bit more cash from the ATM. That should have been my warning to leave and buy some where else… But I didn’t. She offered that if I finance the full price thru Tmobile, it was the same price as cash, and I could turn around and make a payment with the cash I had right after we finish the transaction. Then I could pay that extra $ 100 later, at any time. I was about to decline, and she sweetened the deal with any 3 accessories for FREE, if we financed it. I was only really interested in a case they had(which was 1⁄3 of the price if I bought it on Amazon). She assured me 3 different times that Free was free… Because I asked several different ways, since the deal seemed a bit too good. I went ahead and bought the phone, with 3 free accessories. To top it off, the«printer was not working» so they could not print my receipt or contact. She promised to email it to me — but I never received it. Mistake. After the fact, when I looked at my bill on Tmobile’s site, they charged me $ 300 more for the 64gb version than T-Mobile official charged in the store, and the«free accessories» actually cost almost $ 280, financed monthly and added to my bill. Free was not Free. I went back, and tried to complain to the manager. He refused to assist me, and said I had to talk to 611. T-mobile 611 said they were not able to assist me, and I had to do it in the store. After going back and forth a few times, I went to a different TMobile store, and although he was not able to assist me, he explained why. This store on Research is some sort of contract store, and not a real T-mobile store. Because of that, we had to go directly thru them, T-mobile could not fix their internal issues. Never got things resolved. A $ 500 lesson. Never go to this store. Ever.

Had to go to this T-Mobile store to return a device the other day. There were about 6 T-Mobile employees there when I walked in, 4 of them seem to be busy with customers, while the other 2 just standing there chatting. I stood in there for 15 minutes, nobody acknowledged me. When one of the customers left, I went to ask the guy behind the desk who can help me, he said go ask the people in the back. I said I’m asking you, he just said ‘a few more minutes’ very rudely. Finally it’s my turn, that same person didn’t say anything to greet me, just gave me a look that reads«what do you want?». I was pretty mad but didn’t take on him, since I knew it would be useless. He did the return, gave me the receipt. Nothing after that. I said«thank you» to him, nothing from him. No «thank you», no «have a good day», nothing. Well, T-Mobile, this is the reason that I would NEVER switch to you for cell phone services, no matter how cheap you make your plans to.

I was there last weekend, I wanted to add a line to my family plan and buy a phone for it. It took about an hour, but I finally walked out with new plans for everyone(more data, coverage in Mexico for the same price) and a new unlocked iPhone 6 Plus. Except when I checked online, the plan was $ 60 more! And when I tested the phone with an international SIM card it didn’t work! I explained the situation to the sales guy carefully on how I was going to be using this phone while traveling with international SIMs. I feel ripped off. It’s been 5 days and I’m still trying to rectify the situation. Icing on the cake: one of the lines simply doesn’t have data and I haven’t gotten T-Mobile to fix it.

Avoid this store. I switched over my service from Sprint to T Mobile yesterday. I really only wanted to switch one line, but I was given a heavy sales pitch and ended up buying two lines. There are two major problems with this store. First, they NEVER answer their phones! I was told by CHRIS that«it would be rude for us to answer the phone if we are with a customer.» Of the 20 or so times that I have called this store, only 3 calls were answered. I suggested that they could at least answer the phone, take the caller’s number and call them back. Chris again said that this would be rude. What about being rude to the caller!!! I then asked him if this was a store policy and he couldn’t give me a straight answer. He said that this is what he was told to do, but he wouldn’t say whether this is a store policy or not. He was VERY condescending and basically wouldn’t let me speak. The reason I had to call today is that there is a problem with the caller ID. Instead of listing my name, it has someone completely different. I notified them yesterday and they claimed that they fixed the problem, but it is still occurring today. The reason I waited until today is that they said that it could take«up to 24 hours» for the change filter through the different systems. It is now well beyond the 24 hour period and the problem still exists. Clearly they are ONLY concerned about making commissions and could CARELESS about customer service. Wow, what a mistake I made by going with this location!

Eeeek!!! Two words, «WORSTSERVICE!» They make you wait. Wait. While the world probably delivering billions of babies. This my second time coming here. Waited more than an hr to fix my service. The worst location ever. I will never ever stop here. The delay is not because its crowded, just because the employees do not know how to handle– They just do not understand efficiency? Worst mistake trying to come here. Wasted my time and walked away with frustration.

This T-Mobile store is an independently owned and operated store by Verge Mobile LLC. And you should avoid this because based on my experience today, the store is dishonest. I came in to purchase a «pay as you go» daily plan SIM card. The sales staff told me that I can buy choose whatever amount I want to fill up plus a $ 20SIM card. And I get a free headphone. When they ringed me up at the register, the invoice says(1) $ 20 for the fill up;(2) $ 19.99 for the«FREE» headphones, and(3) $ 0.00 for the SIM card. I complained because I couldn’t use that invoice for expense. I can expense SIM card or service activation but I cannot expense headphones. Then they immediately said they would take off the headphone charges but also took back the headphones. See the catch? They charged me a $ 20 fee when in fact it was free to activate. *****They tricked me into buying a $ 20 headphone which I didn’t need to purchase in the first place.***** It’s an honest mistake? I doubt it. Visit another store just in case, and look at your invoice carefully.
