Sessions with Sylvi are like visiting with a friend, comfortable and safe. Using a muscle checking technique, she is able to help me identify problems in my life and the source of them, such as a childhood belief. Then, we shift that old belief into a new higher state of being. After a session, I feel better and no longer find myself resorting to the same old habits. Things have changed, for the better.
