Good haircuts for the price. In fairness, my haircuts are fairly simple.
Negatively, some stylists are better than others and they change out pretty frequently. Oddly a women who’s English isn’t very good did a remarkably good job.

WORST PLACE EVER! Customer service was lacking. Services were even worse. Went in for their holiday package special (hair cut, color, wax, style and a product) & was quoted $ 58. Got my color done and added highlights. Rhonda should NEVER, EVER be allowed near foils again. She had them on my head to where I looked ridiculous but the worst part was that the blonde highlights she did were not done correctly or evenly. One highlight made me look like I had a bald spot on the top of my head! I was not happy but said «let’s get it dried up and see where we’re at. Ugh it looked worse! My sister was appalled as and had to go outside to maintain herself. Rhonda went on to cut and style my hair with curls. She never asked what side I parted my hair, hardly touched me for a cut and then proceeded to curl me with horizontal curls! I’m assuming she styled on the opposite side to my regular side to hide her extremely badly done highlights. This «stylist» needs some serious education updates. I’ve never had such bad service. She said she wouldn’t charge me for the highlights because they «didn’t come out they way she wanted them too!» Better not charge me my hair was ruined! She then wanted to charge me more than $ 70 when I had been quoted $ 58 for a cut, color, wax and product. I brought that up and Rhonda then charged me $ 63.33 without the wax or product the package came with.
My hair was SO badly done in fact that I had to go to another salon (Green Ally salon which is FANTASTIC! SEE Sheila and tell them I sent you!) who applied a glaze to immediately but temporarily fix my hsir. They were evengoing to call this store to tell them they should be ashamed of themselves. I called the corporate office and turns out this store is franchised but they got the message to them. I was contacted within 48 hours during Christmas week. Long story short, I did end up getting my money refunded, however, that isn’t enough. Everyone should know that this place is unprofessional and that Rhonda should never be allowed near anyone’s head either with scissors but most definitely with color. Shethen acted surprised when I said I hated it. It was written all over my face from the get-​go.
I now have to wait until February to have it fixed properly and at a ticket price that is far more than I anticipated. But my hair is already looking washed out and pink which was not the plan. (Normally I wouldn’t complain about that) but this time, PLEASE?!!
SHAMEFUL. STAY AWAY.

Worst place ever! ALONDRA is a racist bigot apparently she has something against Hispanics. She «cut» my husband’s hair and she obviously has no clue how to cut hair. I’m disgusted that she behaved in the manner she did. She is IGNORANT!

Sheila at SuperCuts did an amazing job on my hair. Extremely professional and courteous. Will definitely return to this location.

Be careful to make sure the stylist UNDERSTANDS what you want. Had a stylist cut my husbands hair horribly then tried to blame HIM for her not understanding what 2 & ½ inches on the top meant. It’s one thing to not understand, it’s something completely different to blame the person in the chair. Refused to pay and requested another experienced stylist (Kourtney– she’s wonderful and made amends very well) to finish what could be saved of what was left of his hair. No joke, she really sitcom style cut all his hair off.

First of all, ill say i wouldn’t normally come here for color or an intricate cut. However, i have (had) extremely long hair and i wanted a simple cut all the way around.
Asked for 6″ cut off. By the time she FINALLY got it even all the way around, she had cut off 10−11″. There’s nothing like a crappy haircut to ruin your day. So thanks, Supercuts. You certainly ruined mine.

Stopped by because I needed a haircut badly and we saw a man dancing outside with a sign. I had been to other Supercuts before, so my husband and I stopped by.
It was 2:45 on a Saturday, and they were able to take both of us in immediately. I had my hair cut by Vivienne. I told her the general idea I had for my cut, noting that my curly hair DOES curl up about an inch once it dries (you’d be shocked at how many stylists seem to ignore this or don’t understand how curly hair works and chop off TOO MUCH). She assured me that she was very experienced at cutting curly hair, and I let her have at it.
My haircut turned out exactly the way I had hoped. It fell just where I wanted it to once it dried, and looks wonderful. The feel of this Supercuts is very laid-​back and fun. The stylists all seem very happy and work well together. When all was said and done, I got probably about the same cut that I would have gotten at a high-​dollar salon for a much better price. Absolutely no complaints! My husband was very pleased with his cut as well. Definitely one of the best locations I have experienced.

This is my second time here and Daniel does an awesome job! I tried explaining how I wanted it and he did it perfect! I totally enjoy it. Have another appointment on Friday to get my hair frosted/​dyed.

Let’s be honest. Supercuts is not REALLY a salon. It’s more of a barber with salon service. Not stylish on décor like others but you’re there to get your top cropped right!?! So with that said most of these deserve a 3 or 2 but the manager Ashley makes this location leap to a 4, at least for men’s hair. And that is my perspective I see more men’s haircuts and kids at this place. They do what you want and the pre-​cut consultation is usually short. Going here, I only see Ashley. I settled for someone else here only once before, and it just was OK. She makes you feel good! If a more hip chop shop opened in this area I do hope they snatch her up, but for now she is the reason I keep coming back.

I got my haircut here last March, it still hasn’t grown out to the length it was supposed to be cut to. I even contacted Supercuts and I never got my money back all I got was an offer to cut even more of my hair off! Horrible, this place is only good for guys! My entire family is banned from ever using a Supercuts again!

This place is awful. The staff changes every six months and rather than tell you they are still inexperienced, they start hacking on your hair until you are left with a lopsided mess. I have been a long time customer of Supercuts in many states and have found some great stylists. But you won’t find any at this location… please keep looking. Unless of course you are into lop-​sided hairdos, then you’re fine.

Nice $ 15 including tip haircut. Zero wait. In and out.
