This is the subway closest to my house and I’m so tempted to start making the drive to a new one. This subway is constantly understaffed, mainly because the same lady is always doing something other than helping with the making of sandwiches. Yesterday, at 12:30, instead of helping with the lunchtime rush, she had half the restaurant tables closed down while she DUSTED and cleaned the windows. Why would you be doing this during rush hour and who would want to eat there when someone’s causing dust to fall down and has their cleaning supplies over half the tables. Overall, poor management. I pity the people who have to bust their backs when they pull a shift with this lady.

I stopped by mid-afternoon last week and it was«closed for 1 hour». I’ve had one good experience there too so will give it a 3 to balance out but I was in a hurry and can’t understand how staffing can be that bad that they would be closed mid-day. If the owner can provide a good answer I’ll visit again and provide a better review.

I’ve picked up food twice from here, and each of those times there’s an elderly gentleman working who skimps on everything that goes in my sandwich. Every other Subway I’ve eaten at puts enough ingredients to where you don’t feel like the bulk of your sandwich is bread and nothing else. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch in which the description states it is «Stuffed with melted Monterey cheddar cheese, tender all-white meat chicken, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions and green peppers» well I don’t get most of that in my sandwich when I eat here. I get the chicken and the bacon, but when I asked for bell peppers, he only put a couple of slivers, so I asked him for more please, he then added one more sliver, I then had to ask for more please, in which he kind of sprinkled a sliver or two over my sandwich and wrapped it up in a hurry and stuffed into a bag. Can we say rude? The first time I ate here I told my boyfriend we will not be eating here again. I thought yesterday I would give this location another chance. I should have stuck with my initial opinion of not going back here. There was not 1 single person, other than the older gentleman working here, and I can definitely understand why. On top of the skimping on the ingredients, this place is super stuffy, turn on the air conditioner already, we are in Austin!

I went to this location for lunch today and ordered a foot long sandwich. I was shocked by how little veggie they serve here. I asked for bell pepper, the lady gave me 3 piece of thin sliced bell pepper. I asked for extra then she picked up another 2 pieces and break them to half. I really wanted more but didn’t feel comfortable to ask again. She did the same thing to me on onion and black olives. Come on Subway, don’t you have a standard on portion of topping you serve? Very disappointed. Hi Subway, I am sure you have saved couple pennies from my order today, but you lost a loyal customer.

They keep changing their hours due to construction outside… Not inside and so I keep wasting my time and driving here for NO reason! Aside from being late to work for something that isn’t available. So then I drive to the one closest today finally… and they too… are NOT opened. So much for my business multiple times over the past few weeks. Thank you for nothing… at least place a notice on the door.

Friendly service and very clean. When in the area I will not hesitate to eat there again. Also a good selection of drinks at the fountain and in the adjacent cooler.

My girlfriend went in to this subway with a gift card and $ 0. She asked how much was on the gift card and they told her they couldn’t check until after she ordered. She was then asked all the sandwich questions… which bread, which cheese etc. After all of this, and making the sandwich in front of her, it turned out her gift card was worthless. She was completely embarrassed and had to go hungry while a perfectly good sandwich went in to the trash. What a completely horrible and totally avoidable experience. I’ll never eat at Subway again.
