This is hands down the worst Subway franchise in existence. We have gone to this locations multiple times and quite literally the experience and attitudes of the staff has truly gotten worse and worse. I will preface this with I am a business owner and I understand some people have a bad day, but that’s not the case at this location. The staff is rude, sloppy, and flat insulting to customers. Hard to believe management allows this type of behavior to customers. Tonight my wife and I went by to get her a sandwich and the gentleman in front of us ordered a steak and cheese 12″ sandwich. He stated he wanted the meat warmed in the microwave but the bread not toasted. Pretty typical. The employee, I wish I could of gotten his name but he wasn’t wearing a name tag but he was all of 5′ tall with a thin beard and mad at the world pulls the meat out and slaps it on the bread and puts the cheese on the meat and says«do you want this toasted?». The customer said«no, I want the meat warmed but I do not want my sandwich toasted.» The employee says«you should have told me that before I put the meat on the bread, it’s easier for me to toast it. So do you wanted your sandwich toasted or do you want the meat cold?» The customer replies, «I did tell you before you put it on the bread that I wanted the meat warmed.» The employee stares at him for a second and says the same sentence again. This time the customer just simply stated«no, not toasted. Just the meat warmed.» The employee literally starts throwing a fit like a 5 year old kid slamming the paper on the cutting board and slapping the meat handful by handful onto the paper shaking his head in absolute disgust that he was having to actually do his job and looking at this poor guy in front of me like he was the trash of the earth. I was so embarrassed for the guy in front of me and ashamed that little punks like that get away with talking to people that way. Unacceptable. The employee did a descent job on making my wife’s sandwich until it came to the mayonnaise. He put some on the sandwich and my wife said«can I please get a little more?» He literally grabs the bottle of mayonnaise with both hands and squeezed as hard as he could and mayonnaise literally went everywhere. Non the less that little turd needs to be fired for behaving the way he did to multiple customers including us all in one sitting. Disgusting that Subway is such a good franchise but one store like this with clearly no management and horrible employees can give a good place such a bad name. What a shame. This location is dead to me.

I try to come here for breakfast in the mornings on my way to work and it is a 50⁄50 chance that they are even open. They are supposed to open at 7 but they either are still closed or don’t have anything set up :/needless to say I’m hungry

Avoid. The food was fine but the customer service left much to be desired. When I walked in, there were two employees standing behind the counter discussing the bread, neither made eye contact or greeted me. I walked up to order and greeted the employee making my sandwich before she said anything to me. I had to repeat my order several times. When i got my order and went to get my drink, they were out of several fountain drink and iced tea options. I finally had to ask what drinks they actually had and then I was told to pick a bottled option. I will not use this Subway again.

Been meaning to write this review for a while. Horrible management. Back in November of 2012 there was literally a sign on the door that said, ‘Out of bread. Flat bread only’. Seriously? It is a sandwich shop. Make more! And if you can’t, then borrow some from a neighboring subway! Anyway, about 2 weeks later I called on a Saturday to preorder 10 sandwiches for a party and the rude guy who answered the phone refused my order saying I had to make all catering orders 24 hours in advance. He would not budge. I challenged him and said I didn’t need a catering order– Just 10 foot longs… Nothing special, JUST sandwiches. I decided would just come in and order 10 sandwiches as a walk in, and he said he would not make them if I did bc it was too large of an order. I called the subway down the street at Speedy stop and they happily agreed to the order without question. When I called back to let this guy know– and asked for his managers number he claimed he was an assistant manager and his staffing was too short and couldn’t handle large orders. Only then did he turn from rude to apologetic. After repeatedly asking for his managers number he gave it to me. Never called the GM but thought this would be more effective any how. Drive down the street. This place does NOT have it together.

Once again, a chain. As far as Subway goes, this is a good location. Friendly staff and clean store. They seem to care about their establishment.

I love this subway, All the employees greet you with a smile, I came in one dark and rainy day, and wanted my sandwich fix, and pick something up for the boyfriend. Julio I believe was his name was very nice, and helped me figure out what to get,(I had not been to a subway for over 5 years due to being a vegan) So needless to say I was very confused and VERY hungry, The bread was fresh and made the entire store smell sooooo gooood.
