Ready made breakfast tacos six days a week. Surprisingly good and a wide variety. One woman is responsible for all of the tacos made at this place — it seems like an enormous amount of work. She starts making them in the wee hours, when I show up by 7ish she’s usually made all of the egg/potato/bacon, etc. tacos and is working on my absolute favorite the bean and beef taco. It’s simple and delicious, spicy pinto beans with little bits of tender slow stewed beef mixed in. You’ll definitely run into little bits of fat and collagen, which I think makes this taco awesome. But if you find that unappealing stick with something more traditional. Warning her spicy potato tacos are very spicy. She’s not kidding around. My second favorite taco is the chorizo potato. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
