Great ownership team. Very responsive and attentive. I gave the full five stars because they don’t pretend to be a Class A storage facility. What you see you get. In fact I needed a 10×10 unit and since there were none available they gave 2 5×10’s for the same price. Super cool of them. Fair price and great experience. One suggestion, because these are outdoors and it’s Texas, I’d spray the inside parameter with pesticide or bug bomb prior to occupying. Just keeps the crickets and other bugs from considering your unit their home. This is probably anywhere. Also, steep ramp and narrow drive make accessibility a challenge for large trucks. No problem for my pickup. Anyways, if you need hot warehouse at a good price with an owner who lives up the street and cares, I highly recommend!

The owners, Alex and Jay, are very helpful and respond quickly via phone or e-​mail. They seem to really care about their customers. They are the new owners and have made many updates, including auto-​pay and re-​surfacing the driveways.
The units are simple and the price is right.
I wasn’t able to get a small moving truck through the narrow and steep driveway to my unit, which prolonged my move, but a narrow van or regular truck should do the trick.
