I love starbucks. Is it overpriced? Definitely. Is it tasty? Absolutely. I get a venti iced white mocha with whip(decaf, now that I’m pregnant) and 2 cake pops(birthday or cookies and cream flavor). It’s slightly over $ 9 for my treat. My husband always points out my 3 – 5 starbucks visits a month on the credit card statement. He doesn’t get it. Sweet, creamy, cold goodness in a plastic cup and dense, deliciousness on a stick. Pure perfection :)

Starbucks quality of coffee is great across every Starbucks. This morning, in a rush before work, I put in an online order in the middle of busy Starbucks hours. When I went to pick up my drink, I didn’t see it there. I asked the barista if they had made it yet to find out that I had made my online order to the wrong store. Completely embarrassed and afraid that I had spent my money for nothing, the barista offered to make it at the store I was in free of charge and said that it happens all the time. She was very cheerful and got it out to me right away. Some of the other Starbucks I’ve been to have had sub-par customer service, but whoever the barista was there that morning made my day!

One of the few locations with a clover machine. I’m sure it’s just another gimmick. I personally enjoy cold brewing to get the acidic taste out by not brewing using heat. The staff seamed nice. Showing a smile while working makes me feel more welcomed. Unfortunately, I’ve had some of my worst experiences at this location and I kept coming because it’s proximity too my favorite Alamo drafthouse. It’s progressively gotten better. *smiles* Guess enough of my rant. Maybe I’ll have a beer.

Friendly staff — quick service — several single folks on laptops taking up multiple seat tables(around 1:00pm). They do have a nice outside patio — just a bit windy today…

Probably my favorite Starbucks location. Really convenient location, well-decorated(the advertisements for the latte macchiato and the flat white were striking), and wonderfully quiet during the later hours on the weekdays. I’ve been coming here to study lately. The staff had excellent customer service: I had ordered the wrong drink at one point, and they made another drink for me with my requested soy milk substitute, all of it free of charge. They even asked if I wanted to have a larger size than tall. Really superb service, would definitely go again! As others have said, I would recommend parking in the HEB Plus area just so you have an easier time getting out.

Nice, standard Starbucks offerings and décor. If you like Type A personalities, this is your place. The clientele is impatient, the baristas are curt, the atmosphere noisy. Questions about the menu are discouraged. Be prepared to bark your order and move on down the line. Great, if you are in a huge, important hurry, but if you want a relaxing cup of comfort, choose one of the other nearby coffee shops.

It’s Starbucks. That’s pretty much it. Oh, well, parking here sucks. But, I loved that the Barista we had actually made a few suggestions based on likes. I appreciated that! There. That’s pretty much it, now.

Make sure the person making the clover drink knows how to run the machine. What a waste of great coffee and time while she«has no idea how to run the machine» Training should be required especially with expensive coffee. Also, if there are two county coffees, you should ask to clarify. Then when I inquire why the knowledge deficit employee is using the wrong coffee, you shouldn’t say«well that’s the one I ran you up with.» I just left, no coffee no refund.

I love Starbucks i also love your cotton candy fraps and i think that there should be more flavor in the pumpkin spice fraps. But i dont like when they talk when you trying to make your order.

I’m giving them 3 star because of convenience, and quickness of service. Even tho it’s alway a hit or miss with wether they get my order correct. But overall I like to come here because it’s close to home and usually not to busy. Just make sure you emphasize on how you want your specialty drink.

This location should miss a star because it is a challenge to get in and out — its next the HEB gas pumps and the main entrance off of Lakeline Blvd. Staff is fast, polite, and most importantly — accurate. This location has a Clover and is the only place to get Starbucks Reserve coffee selections in the area, so if you are in the mood for a serious gourmet pour — this is your Starbucks. Staff will discuss each available coffee with you. So its gets that star back.

It’s Starbucks and they are all the same. Good, but nothing special stands out from this location for the good or bad.

The most rude, careless customer service I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. Great drink — actually one of the best I have ever had. Horrible attitudes and I will never be back.

This is one of the nicer Starbucks I’ve been to. Drinks are consistently good and the staff is friendly. They have speedy Google wireless too. Lots of outdoor seating, but a bit limited on the indoor. It can be tough to find a seat if you don’t get here early.

Ended up having to wait here longer than anticipated with my 2 children; we went from drinks to eventually eating lunch. My kids loved — and actually ate all of — the bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches! The service was outstanding. Pam was so sweet to my girls and went out of her way for them. Thanks Pam!

I never had bad service when I visit this location. Despite my tendency to be notoriously difficult, the baristas here are always on point with their suggestions. With my allergies to berries, they suggested their lemonade slush thing, sans berries, and it was one of the best things I’ve had. Perfect for a hot day. I stopped in before work to rescue a coworker from lack of coffee and ended up getting a delish breakfast sandwich and a drink for myself. Quick service, great drinks, fantastic staff. Keep it up, Starbucks!

I often start my day here. It’s a great environment to get a lot of work done just 3 minutes from my house. Who needs a home office when you have a neighborhood Starbucks. Only wish it was a little bigger, it tends to get crowded!

For studying, this place is great! Not too busy and a quiet environment. The wifi connection is good and I did not have a problem finding plug in access. The staff is very friendly and speedy with your order. My only advice is that you park in the HEB parking lot because backing out can be a bummer when the traffic is high. Definitely will return for another study session soon :)

Say what you want about Starbucks. Love it, hate it. There’s just no escaping it. I happen to be in the pro-Starbucks camp. In my worldview, it’s really not about the coffee; it’s the place to hang out, the wifi, the comfort, and the familiarity of it. Being something of a commodity(Starbucks being Starbucks no matter where you find yourself), in my experience, there are good Starbucks, and awesome Starbucks. There are even subpar Starbucks. So, while it’s a challenge to write a fresh, unique review about and one particular location, here’s my attempt at describing why my new«my Starbucks» has become so. I can get an overpriced cup of coffee anywhere. I can also get über-fattening, whipped cream-laden, «I-think-there’s-coffee-in-here» beverages anywhere as well. The reason I deemed this one«my Starbucks», as opposed to the equidistant from Casa Shoehead, Williams & Austin location in G-Town, is that here, I get really great service. A lot of the baristas recognize me, and I never get the cliché surly hipster barista giving me attitude. This place also has a nice outdoor area that overlooks a sweeping span of I-35. OK, the sweeping vista also includes a nice panorama of trees, and the Williamson County Courthouse dome. It really is a nice view. So, when I want to get out of the house for a minute, have some coffee, see some friendly people, and good around on my phone with free wifi, this is where you’ll most likely find me.
