I use mobile order and pay all the time and love the time it saves! I used it for the first time at this location this morning though and was really disappointed. I understand that things go wrong, but when you don’t get my order and it’s not ready when it’s suppose to be, I at least expect an apology. The employees were so rude. They did get my order out quick though. The drive through is insane here too…

Just curious to know if anyone has had issues with the stainless steel tumblers from Starbucks. I received a tumbler last year and noticed that when I wash it, there’s a black film in the grooves of the lid and particularly under the black rubber seal. I’ve emailed and spoke to someone at the corporate office and they said it was mold and I should wash my mug in a dishwasher. They also offered me a $ 5 coupon towards the purchase of a new tumbler.
That still didn’t answer my questions as to what this was, and was it safe to use the tumbler.
If anyone else has experienced this, please let me know. Thank you.

This Starbucks is just like any other. The people are generally nice or at least nice enough. I’ve been inside in the summer and saw a bunch of bees near the syrup, but I guess you can’t really control that with all the sugar in there and an open drive through window.
You should totally just do mobile orders for this location. The drive thru is generally super long. Instead of waiting for 20 minutes, just order as you leave the house, hop in and pick up your drink.

Starbucks never fails to deliver on their frapps.
I recommend getting a green tea frapp with java chips. Very refreshing and delicious!

Best Starbucks location in Austin! The store manager is incredible and the you can tell the staff really cares about their customers. If you’re looking for a great Starbucks experience, this is definitely the place for you.

Love the staff, hate the long lines. The drive thru has a long line 9 out of 10 times and the inside does too. But this coffee fiend will wait in those long lines since the staff is so friendly. I’ve only had one bad coffee experience here but I stop almost daily for my Pikes Place. There were coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup and I didn’t notice until half way through my coffee. Again, only once so that won’t stop me from my morning routine.

Not all Starbucks are created equal. Every encounter I have here is always pleasant and prompt. Seriously, they do a great job of always brightening my day with their kindness and smiles.

Ah, Starbucks again. Why?
I’ve said it before and I can repeat. The coffee is solid, not high end, not artisinal and certainly doesn’t take me away to a far off land but… when I’m in an area where I don’t know my way around and want to sit and read where do I go? There on every street corner and don’t make me wretch.
Part of me wants the local place, the small coffeeshop to give my money to but until you can compete with the power of starbucks you’re going to have to fill another niche.
In this case I had a green tea, warm. $ 3.00 I can easily have tea at home of higher quality for 50 cents a cup but guess what? I’m not at home. I pay it and don’t consider that my retirement fund is any lighter. Starbucks, you give me much to think about when it comes to capitalism and consumerism in America.

While comfortable the staff is often rude and one of the slowest I’ve ever been to. On top of that, bring your headphones as the music they play is so loud that you’ll probably need to tune it out. While it isn’t the worst Starbucks I’ve been to it leaves much to be desired.

I had an excellent service experience at this Starbucks location! Running late, needing 2 travelers, and unaware the preparation time needed to brew. The manager worked with me to find a solution that worked! She could have easily dismissed me as someone asking for the impossible. Instead she made the impossible happen for me. All of the teachers will get their coffee this morning! Thank you Starbucks on Westgate Blvd.

I have never had a bad order at this particular Starbucks. The drinks are yummy… even if they are VERY pricey. I usually order a mocha frap w/​an extra pump of mocha and no whip… I get what I order. The last couple of times I have ordered hot… a peppermint mocha latte with an extra pump of mocha. Good to go! And very very yummy!
Definitely recommend THIS Starbucks.

This Starbucks has the scariest smallest drive through ever! I will park and get out and walk in before I go through it. The store itself is nice and the coffee is Starbucks.
I don’t feel like I get anything special from here just average service and average coffee. The employee’s were nice enough but I felt like several people who came in after me got their drinks before me and I tried not be frustrated but at some point I broke.
When I finally got my drink it was good. not great but good. I’ve been to busier starbucks that provide much faster service.

They haven’t let me down yet. It is very close to my office. their drinks are consistent. And even when the car line for the drive thru is 7 cars deep the wait isn’t long. They are also good with group orders.

My favorite Starbucks in south austin. The outside patio is by far the most chill place to be. The people here are really nice and talkative. I enjoy the conversation along with the frappuchinos!

5⁄10 they never get the right drink size. And 5⁄10 I notice when I’m 2+ miles away. This would be fine if my drink was only a few bucks, but it’s always the cost of my lunch and it pisses me off.
Friendly service, expensive drinks, and I will be made fun of by D because I am lazy and like the drive through.

Great Starbucks with all the usual fare. I love that they make their chai tea a little spicier than the rest seem to. The drive-​thru line may be long, but they’re usually super quick, so don’t be daunted. Inside is quite nice too.

The drive thru is ridiculously slow most days, but I will say they always get my drink order correct!
They have wifi, like all Starbucks, but for some reason I don’t get great reception there on my IPad– not sure why!
Great drinks but awfully high prices– yet, I keep coming back– dang you Starbucks!
I probably won’t be coming back much as I hear they are taking away pretty much all the Starbucks gold card rewards– lame! :/
