I often stop here in the morning on the way to work, and the staff are always helpful and provide good service. Today(Saturday) I stopped in for a latte, and when I was done the manager offered me a free refill! What a pleasant surprise. Much appreciated…

95% this place is great. the other 5%, it takes for EVER. this is a great place to do work if you are looking for a good coffee shop to work at in Round Rock. This location gets slammed around 7−8am and it can take a long time to get your drinks. Staff can be nonchalant about the wait times.

It’s fast and easy to get to. It’s my neighborhood Starbucks so I go all the time. My neighbor says it’s better to go in than to go through the drive thru because they are more precise. They sometimes screw up her order if she goes through the drive thru. Once I forgot my debit card and they gave me my whole order free!

Slowest, worst service ever. I ordered a Pineapple Tea. They laughed at me and said«we don’t have that anymore». I replied with«I just ordered one yesterday at the i35 location», very rudely she responded with«ma’am dont you realize we’re a small location without a full menu» I have been here 6 or 7 times. The wait is always ridiculous and there is never an apology. The last visit gave me confirmation that it isn’t going to get better. The customer service stinks!

For the most part this is my favorite Starbucks in the area. It depends on who is working. Usually, I put in my order and it’s right out. Tonight, not so much. The place is practically empty, only one person in front of me who is waiting for two drinks. I waited for ten minutes for my coffee. I never saw anyone drive up to the drive thru either. Now that I know who the slow employees are, I can be prepared.

I hate giving bad reviews. However, I just sat in the drive through of this Starbucks for almost 20 minutes. There were only 3 cars in front of me. If I could have driven away, I would have. When I finally got to the window, the young man offered no apology for the wait. He didn’t even offer a kind greeting. When I asked if something was going on, he just mumbled that they were short staffed. Management staff: please train your employees in the art of customer service. It is SO important! I could have understood and even have driven away feeling like I had a good experience IF this young man had the insight to smile and apologize sincerely for the wait(though I honestly think the guests in that line should have all been offered small gift certificates to compensate for the wait). As it is, I left knowing that I would never give this particular Starbucks my business again. I tried looking up the business web site for this Starbucks location so that I could privately offer feedback. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a place to contact customer service. Thus, the review. I hope the management staff can see this and make some changes.

I knew better, but I tried this place again… and once again, they can’t get a Decaf Grande Iced White Chocolate Mocha right! It’s on the order screen, everything looks good, but then they hand me a Venti Iced Coffee No Classic With Cream… wth! So this gets even better, I get home and my wife calls the store. She talks to Melissa, who says that in the 3 whole years she’s worked there, they’ve never made a decaf iced white chocolate mocha. Really Melissa, I order that drink all summer long, not only at your location, but every other location along 620. Time to go back to corporate training, Melissa!

I love Starbucks and this location! Yes it’s very busy people get over it every Starbucks I’ve ever been to between 7−9am is busting at the seems with customers so I’m not going to take stars off for that. The people that work here are super friendly and when the drive thru line is coming from 3 different directions with 20 cars they still seem to get the line going pretty fast. Drinks and food are as always delicious! Right now I’m on a Pumpkin Spice Latte kick they are so good! I’m pretty sure the people at the drive through probably think I’m a nut job for ordering the same drink 5 days a week. Also if your a Starbucks nut like me download the app you can pay with your phone you earn stars and get a free drink of your choice or food item after your twelfth visit you can also preorder and it will be ready when you get there. Anyways great job guys keep up the good work!

Worst starbucks I have ever been to. I hate to leave bad reviews. But I feel this warranted. I gave it a 3 star rating before, now I wish I didn’t even have to give it a star. I only go to this location because it is right next door to my house. Everytime I go the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous or they are out of what I want and do not tell me until I get to the window to pay. Even though this is right next door, I will no longer spend my money here. If there was a Dunkin Donuts closer I would be there instead 1. Cheaper 2. Better 3. Service I always get the best service at a DD! This location just lost a customer.

I will not go back. Running late & so stopped in for a skinny frappuccino & quick bite. It tasted awful. I ordered a croissant w/spread and it was cold and they didn’t even apply the spread. Perhaps they never do that part… I’m not sure. Having spent what I did, I just expected more & better quality. Nor was I even offered a greeting or receipt.

I love love love this location. Very good friends live near this one, and everytime I’m over I find an excuse to visit. Why? It is way faster than the Starbucks near my house. Not only are they friendly and fast, but they NEVER have an issue with my go to drink(grande iced skinny vanilla latte double blended). Never! I always thank them for knowing exactly what is up. This location’s game is on point. I wish I lived near this location, but if I did I would spend way more money! Good job!

I have to say this is the slowest Starbuck’s that I have ever been to. I am super glad I did not have to be anywhere in a hurry. Also our order was incorrect. I will give kudos to the cashier taking our order. He was very friendly. This Starbuck’s needs to step it up.

By now we all have come to expect a lot from Starbucks or at least I have. Great product, great service, generally efficient. This location is convenient from a general location perspective but difficult to actually get to because of the median on 620. They definitely aren’t afraid of some AC either so bring a jacket if you plan to stay long. Staff seems like they’re still learning… messed up my order the last two times I’ve visited, but only slightly so I’m complaining too much… they did it with a smile! Overall good experience but seems like they’re still working out the kinks.

This is the very BEST coffee bistro I have ever been to(& I used to live in Seattle — a coffee drinker’s «mecca»)! The drinks and food are always delicious, and the employees are amazing! Sam & her management team are truly superb, because all of their people are friendly and go above & beyond to provide exceptional customer service! The cutie usually at the drive thru window named Meg is always happy and truly makes my day when she greets me with her beautiful smile and sunny disposition every single morning, no matter how busy they are, and I’ve heard she greets everyone that way! This world would be a better place if there were more people like Meg & all of this current group of employees in every service industry, because they really know how to make their customers feel special & appreciated!

Brand new drive thru Starbucks! Very glad it is here… Classic Starbucks atmosphere and hospitality. The only draw back is the configuration of the drive thru. You have to enter through the parking lots if the adjoining businesses. Which isn’t too bad, but exiting can be a little tricky if it is a busy parking lot. You get 1 car length from the window to a stop sign and one of the inlets from another parking lot. In the end… It won’t stop me from loading up on coffee whenever I have a few extra minutes in my commute.
