Absolutely FRIGHTENING experience! Please beware when patronizing this store. I went to drop off a large bag of donations to the Goodwill store adjacent to the Spirit Wine & Liquor with my two daughters during the middle of the afternoon. The liquor store has three courtesy signs placed in front of parking spots in front of these two stores, none were in use and they were the only three spots available in the lot. I used one of the spots because I had a huge, heavy trash bag full of donations for Goodwill and figured there would not be a run on the liquor store during the middle of the afternoon. The owner of the liquor store came into the Goodwill store and asked me to move my car, and I replied that I would be happy to. The Goodwill store manager commented to me that this store owner has frequently approached other patrons and done the same thing — specifically targeting WOMEN but never men! Less than three minutes later, I left the Goodwill store with my children and the liquor store owner approached me very aggressively screaming, waving his arms and got within six feet of my face. I told him to move away from me and my children(who were crying at this point because of the scary man) and that I was calling the police. The store owner proceeded to run to his car, move his vehicle to block my car in the parking spot. I stayed on the phone with the 911 operator during this entire situation because I was so afraid of this man that was trapping me and my children over a parking spot no less! He was acting so erratically and came so close to hitting me I was in complete shock! During the midst of this, another young woman witnessed what happened and approached me and said she was calling the police as well because the store owner was acting so aggressively(she questioned if he was drunk). Eventually, APD did show up, took my statement and cited the owner for being abusive and aggressive. I would encourage people to patronize another liquor store in the area because a parking spot is never a reason to get aggressive and abusive with anyone, let alone a woman with two small children in tow.

Love these guys and am so impressed with the great finds when it comes to great wines for a great price. They keep me intrigued with the rotation of brands. Keep it up guys and love the puppies!!!

Absolutely horrible liquor store! I’ve been to both locations and both men(one was a super cantankerous old man and the other looked like a jaded lumberjack) had the personalities of dead cats(and that’s an insult to the cats, let me tell ya)! Prices are ridiculously high too! Why would anybody even come to this place instead of going to Twin Liquors right up the road? The only reason that I can think of for this place still being in business is that it’s a front for some sort of underground illegal lumberjacking operation. I’d recommend you stay away at all costs(unless you’re an illegal lumberjack who has the personality of a dead cat, of course).

Just found out this liquor store is like 3.5 mins from my house. Freaking RAN to my car, let’s go, this is my new store! Pull up, wait, what? Big ol’ fat Ron Paul for Prez poster in the window. What? Guys, it’s 2013. Socialism for the Rich died with Perot. C’mon, there is no way we can support a business that is siding with the 1%! Too bad, cause I’m a highly functional alcoholic with a seriously high budget.

Nice shop, nice selection(though limited), friendly and helpful staff. We figured we might pay a couple extra bucks on a bottle for the convenience of such a close liquor store, but WTF! On anything not on sale(which were mostly brands we hadn’t heard of), we saw prices that were $ 5(on a $ 13 cheap vodka) to $ 26(on a $ 40 bottle of tequila) higher than at Twin or Specs! How can they stay in business?

This place seems to be run by one guy, I’d assume he’s the owner because no one else is ever there behind the counter. Very personable and friendly. He treats repeat customers very well. Offering discounts when buying more than 1 red bull. He remembered that I previously bought some Jäger and gave me some free shot glasses. Large selection of alcohol and smaller sized bottles of just about everything he carries in the large bottles.
