Speedy Cash

Let me just start by saying this. The employees are super rude and disrespectful. Normally I don’t make a fuss about it but this time I’m just beyond angry! The employee Irene thought it was her job to have a tone with me that was completely unexceptable. I had received a loan for 50 $ there several months ago and had made 3 payments of 50 $. Apparently my 3^rd payment of cash went missing. I’m not sure if it went into my account for my rent or not but no one seems to have a straight answer for me. Even customer service manager Julian did not follow through with his promise to email me a full statement of payments in regard to the missing funds. Now it seems to me that either someone pocketed the money or it went somewhere it wasent supposed to. Either way I’ve received nothing but a rude tone from Irene who thought it was neccisary to put my financial business on blast for the whole building to hear. Completely unexceptable. So instead of making payments at this shit hole I will be making them at LA hacienda on Cameron. Because atleast I know LA hacienda won’t pocket my wallet and try to give me the business about it
