I get the feeling that Heidi does speech therapy as a passion project as much as a job/​business — she is fully invested in your child.
Our daughter has some issues with feeding, and at times has refused to eat anything whatsoever. Heidi has made «emergency» house calls, given us her cell phone number in case something arises after hours, calls in to check with us, etc.
We now see her in office and I appreciate that when the appointment starts, it is down to business — very focused. She is very good about including the parents to make sure that you feel comfortable with the exercises. Her cancellation policy is fair and reasonable — in fact everything he does is more than reasonable. For one session, our daughter refused to do any eating, and though we still took up the same amount of time, Heidi refused to let us pay for the appointment. This really exemplifies the type of person you are dealing with there.
Kadee has also been helping with our daughter and she is wonderful and is learning from the best.

Speak Freely is a wonderful children’s therapy center which includes two different areas of focus: speech therapy (Speak Freely), and occupational therapy (KidSensations.) Heidi, our speech therapist, and Chris, our O.T., have done wonders with our little guy. We have not only seen great progress with our son ever since he’s been going there (over 6 months), but he truly loves going to «play» with his therapists. We can only imagine the progress we will see in the next 6 months! They also accept most insurance, so the billing process has been extremely easy. All in all, a great center run by wonderful people.
