As in previous reviews, the techs are very friendly and courteous, but as far the scheduling, billing, and reps over are in major need of reorganization and customer service classes. I been paying since July, have only use them once since my contract initiated. First, I couldn’t schedule appointments because I was showing past due balance on the account even thought I was ahead. After several calls and holds, I was told that there was an issue between their billing system and website bill pay, once resolve it would balance itself out. Yet, the past due letters kept coming and I still could schedule a visit. I called today to schedule a visit and I am told I am past due, it turns out that I missed a number when in putting my payment and next payment it’s not due until next month. According to them I am again past due after explaining about the one payment, the rep starts talking about two more, I explained about their billing system issue and she told me, I can’t schedule anything until the account it’s up-to-date. I told but it’s only one payment and not really past due, your company keeps messing up and I can’t schedule, I made one little mistake and I can’t schedule, are you kidding me!!! I am so frustrated. I am canceling my contract and going back with Absolute Pest control.

Run away! This was the worst experience I’ve had with a service company of ANY sort! While the tech was friendly enough, and the cost competitive when I signed up for their year long service plan, what they don’t tell you is this company is based out of state. That wouldn’t be a big issue normally, but this disorganized company is unable to do simple tasks such as relaying information from tech to customer, scheduling, or answering basic questions without a process of transfers, holds, voicemails, and«call backs» that never come. They only ever book service calls 3+ weeks out and site a «lack of customer base» as the reason. After only 2 service calls and 3 months of service with this company we have MORE bugs then we started out with. I’m in the process of canceling my account and getting their«100% money back guarantee». We’ll see how that pans out…
