Just moved in this storage unit but so far it’s been great! The staff is very professional and helpful, especially Penny & Derrick. I would recommend them!

The service is great. It is pricey, but what get what you pay for. It’s open 24⁄7 with a pass code. It’s air climate controlled, which makes is easier when moving heavy boxes inside. There’s a bathroom inside, which is always clean. Best storage facility I’ve ever been to.

Facility is 5 star, customer service is 2 star. The «manager» named Shannon could really use a class in listening skills, especially in customer issues. Was charged wrong twice, locked out due to their credit card processing issues with AmEx, and each time we talked to her she acts like we did something wrong. If the owner of the unit ever sees this review, I welcome them to reach out to talk to me in person on our past issues. Until then, just hope you never have billing mistakes or other issues that require you to talk to Shannon.

South Lamar Storage is great. It is a little on the pricey side, but it is tempature controlled and always super clean. Not one of those places you have to make sure you have your mace on you! They have top of the line security and who doesn’t feel like a secret agent when you gain access with your thumbprint?!
I have yet to see the wine & cigar storage rooms, but they sound amazing and very secure. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. They even have a meeting room that they are happy to let you reserve, free of charge, for use as long as you need.

Be Carefully their website is not update and it does tell you the current prices and if you can afford a unit that more then 100 dollars it might be great for some. But if not go somewhere else and you can get a better rate.

This is the Rolls Royce of local storage. Friendly management, beautiful facilities, good security, clean and well maintained, accessible and modern. You can eat off the floors. It’s not the least expensive, but for climate controlled storage that’s a great value and location, can’t be beat.
