I have a membership here unfortunately and everytime the service has been pretty bad. First of all, they are always running behind 30 – 45 minutes. Its ridiculous. The first time I was here my technician, Cody, was so rude. She acted like I was a bother. I asked not to be booked with her again. Last time I was in, the machine was acting up and I was unable to do my treatment. This was the 2nd time in a row this has happened so I asked to speak to the manager (who is also the rude laser tech I refuse to be booked with) who offered no customer service oriented solutions. She didn’t offer to make up my sessions or anything. This place is bad news. And each time I come in, the girls at the front desk are always gossiping about clients.

I actually love this place. I have never had anyone be rude to me. If I no showed my appointment it wasn’t always easy to get in right away. But that is to be expected. They have always been professional and sweet. Simplicity has great prices! They use cold air most of the time and the one time the cold air was broken they switched to cryo which is what all other hair removal places use. At least the ones I have been to. They have a new manger and I think she has made a huge difference

Strongly recommend avoiding this place. Every appointment requires a 30 – 45 min wait, even if you arrive early, because they are «backed up. Today, I waited 45 min while clients who came in after were seen. When I finally got back there, the machine stopped four times during treatment. Then I was switched to another room half way through to finish up because the machine finally gave out. If you cannot make an appointment, rescheduling is a nightmare –usually months out. The staff is super friendly & professional, but not efficient in any capacity. Unfortunately I signed a 2-​year monthly contract so I am bound, but I cannot stress enough how much I do not recommend this place. Especially considering the vast amount of med spas in this city that handle their business in a far more efficient and professional manner.

They take turns at the reception desk. There is no consistency on customer service; attendants are rude and have rushed me in and out when I have always been either early or on time. Last time I was there the one at the reception desk was on her cell phone I tried to give her a minute to hung up; she did not and kept talking to friendly on her cell. When I told her I needed to schedule my next appointment she answered rudely and said I needed to call the 1 – 800 number and went back to her personal phone call.

Apparently they only have just 2 or 3 laser devices and half of the time are broke
But still in use the only issue is they continue using the laser machine with OUT AIR TO blow on your SKiN
It would be nice to call clients to see if we want to keep the appointment BECAUSE even though the device is not functioning properly they are still using it.!!
And believe me
Having the laser procedure done at certain level and on certain areas «CAN BE PAINFUL»

Went here for the first time, and the technician was more concerned with pitching a higher level package than my actual treatment. Maybe I would be more inclined to purchasing a package if I enjoyed my experience. She took literally 1 minute to treat me, and when i complained it wasn’t thorough, she said this is as per her protocol, and anything «extra» would be an additional charge. Rediculous.
