Attention to detail! That’s what makes shelli so special. She literally tunes into your breathing patterns, subtle movements, and twitches. She can really see what the root of your issues are. When she finds them, she doesn’t just smash your tissues into oblivion. On the contrary, she helps facilitate your own healing through gently bringing you where you need to be.
I’ve loved all my sessions with Shelli thus far, and look forward to going back soon !

Massage is one area in my life that I like to splurge on and have been doing so for about 10 years. I’ve been to dozens of therapists and Shelly is hands down one of the best! Shelly is very knowledgeable and always knows right where I need the most attention. I recently became pregnant with my 3rd child and she has been through every step of this pregnancy with me to make sure my body is being taken care of. Not only is she my massage therapist she is also my friend– I highly recommend her to anyone. Her hours are flexible and her location is very convenient

I had a 30 minute massage with Shelli at Dell and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Shelli knew exactly where my problem areas were and I felt relaxed and much more comfortable after I left. She was great with pressure points and really getting out the tension in my muscles (especially shoulders). I would highly recommend Shelli!

Shelli is the best. I have been seeing Shelli for several years now. She is very in tune with the body and how everything is connected. She knows that pain in the back for instance can be caused by issues elsewhere in the body. Anytime I have an issue I know that she will be there to fix it for me. Highly recommend.

Shelli is simply AMAZING! She is an incredible massage therapist with magic hands. She has an incredible energy, when I visit with her, I always leave feeling more centered and grounded and at peace. While my experience may be unique, I went in to visit Shelli for extreme sciatic pain that had been going for about 6 weeks. In one intense visit, she managed to work out all the tension and I have been pain free ever since, going on 5 months now. I definitely recommend Shelli.
