I chose this storage place based on price and location. I pay about $ 165 for a 10×26 with a roll-​up door.
The pros: nice owners, good service, good location, 24 hour secured access. When you move in, they give you a one-​time use of their moving truck (within a week or two period).
The cons: hard to get out of unless you want to go south on Lamar, they do not have a dumpster. If I had realized there was no dumpster, I would have chosen another place. It’s the only storage place I’ve ever had that didn’t have a dumpster available. If it did, I’d probably give it an additional star.
