My wife tried to get some «lost» family photos off an SD card that had become corrupted. These guys wanted $ 1000.00!!!
Unconscionable!!!
They then said that they might be able to do it for a little cheaper but that they had a minimum of $ 399.00 and that they probably should have told us that BEFORE we sent in our SD cards.
Yeah. I think maybe it should have been mentioned.
AS it is now they are doing nothing for us except have us pay the $ 10.99 to get our property back.
I’m sure these guys are really good at what they do but they have no idea as to how to honestly handle a customer and be upfront with their process and costs.

I was worried after Fry’s Electronics told me there was nothing they could do to my external hard drive. After doing a little research I came across Secure Data Recovery. Make sure when you call ask for Alec. He was very helpful and walked me though the processes. Now I’ll be able to enjoying all my family photos and 15 years of music I’ve been collecting.
