I went to this salon for a few months-​always had great service. My last appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance-​I messaged the stylist on the day I had reserved, and she canceled-​with no notice or reason. I do not recommend this salon or Brittney, as I thought she was very inconsiderate. I always tipped well and bought products. I do not appreciate someone that doesn’t respect my time or his/​her commitments.

I purchased the Groupon the first time I came here. I have been using groupon for over 2 years trying to find the right stylist. I am here today because I made my follow up before I left the salon. Britney is great! Super friendly and very professional. Needless to say, I will no longer be using groupon.

I’m new to town and so used a Groupon to cut the costs. I would recommend remembering the stylists name because the Block is huge! Britney is in room 22. I had highlights and a cut. Great matchup colour, and my cut is fantastic, a little shorter than I was expecting but it is a good cut.
I would recommend giving yourself a little more time than normal because this appointment did take longer than normal. However I was in no hurry, made it known and so maybe that was a factor.
A cute little studio with a well stocked fridge and magazine rack.

Britney did an absolutely perfect job on my hair! She LISTENED to what I wanted and delivered. She made sure that I didn’t leave without being completely happy with my hair. She’s affordable and easy to talk with! I would recommend going to Britney to anyone who would listen. Thanks Britney! I will definitely be back :)

Just got home from having my hair done at Salon B. Bought the Groupon because I have been for three years trying to find a stylist in Austin. So far so awesome! Britney cut my hair perfectly (curly hair) and we did a healthy color that will help my hair come back from the brink of death (bad salon visit at a previous place 6 months ago). The whole process was great and her room is very cozy. I have her doing my daughter’s color tomorrow and plan to be a returning client from here on out.
I would definitely recommend Britney and she listens to your opinions on what you want and then comes with a professional solution that might fit better. :)

I saw Britney B at Salon B for the first time not too long ago & it was such a pleasant experience! I have been on a pursuit to find a stylist I like, affordable, easy to book & does a great job. Those are not easy to find! Thank goodness after getting a haircut & highlights (which always makes me nervous when trying someone new) I left feeling youthful & hip! Thank you Britney for the peekaboo highlights (she taught me that term!) Such a nice breath of fresh air to *finally find a stylist I get to revisit! Yeah me! The salon is kind of hard to find in the maze of buildings & parking is a biotch, but way worth it!
