Right At Home South Central Texas

This was a very new experience to me to learn about home health care. Recently my Dad was diagnosed with cancer and he really needed some extra help around the house. He just wasn’t able to do the normal day to day stuff. I was there but I was taking care of my house and his, so it was a bit overwhelming.
My first inquiry to Angel Healthcare
was a fiasco. They scheduled time to come out but never showed up and never returned my calls. (4 calls) They left me without any support for 3 days.
Then, I called Right at Home and they are so impressive and wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough.
I called at Right at Home and spoke to Cami. She came out the next day to my Dad’s house. She is very caring and professional. I immediately felt good that this is a company that does what they say they are going to do. She made it super easy to schedule health care providers via text. She was flexible about the times. The home healthcare providers she sent to the house, Brittany and Victoria, were wonderful and super sweet to my Dad. They did what was required and even figured out extra stuff to do around the house.
I think their prices are very reasonable but it was really priceless to me that I could depend on people to help us.
They really helped us during this very difficult time. I was able to trust them and that is huge at a time like this.
