Totally unprofessional, scam artist. Quotes one thing and then says it will take more time and money-​NEVER USE THIS GUY!

First strike: Despite scheduling an appointment to come out and give us a quote over a week ahead of time, their guy showed up 3 hours late. When we called to ask where they were, someone named Angel told us they would «get there when they could».
Second Strike: RCI would not give us a hard estimate or anything in writing. We were told that prices may change in mid project «if things got more expensive»
Third Strike: Their quote was more than any other bid we got for the project.
