Let me preface this by saying that I’m super picky with manicures. I purchased a coupon for a shellac manicure on a whim and I’m so happy I did. Everything was super clean and Amy did an incredible job. She made sure it was absolutely perfect and gave me a quick massage after. Going to make this my go to.

They give nice pedicures, but the manicures have been rough both times I’ve gone in. Both times I went in for SNS with two different people. The first one he didn’t do so great filing my nails, or lining the French tip. Everything else was fine. The second manicure she didn’t clean up my nails or the nail powder, so the polish was on my skin(the first set of pictures) and she finished off with the uv light. The whole reason I get SNS is so there is no uv light involved! I left, but decided to come back after my sisters encouraged me to get it fixed. So after I went in again, she stopped working on another client to «fix» my nails.(I thought that was rude because of all the other workers available to help me). She looked my nails over as if nothing was wrong with them and questioned my return. The fix was improved(although she used the uv light AGAIN) for the time being. One week later and my index finger is popping off from the bottom. So. Annoying. These are supposed to last at least two weeks. I’ve had several SNS manicures and none have ever cracked, and absolutely no uv light has been used. I’m very much regretting giving them a second chance with manicures. Huge waste of money.

I came to «quality» nails and spa in early February. I don’t get my nails done more than a couple times a year, so I was excited. I was greeted and got back quickly. The good points in my experience end there. I painted my nails a few days before(which I suck at, hence going to get them painted professionally) I used a regular basic red color NOT A GELPOLISH. So the guy starts taking the polish off and asked if I used a gel polish. I said no… I don’t own a gel polish. He grabbed another guy and they both decided I had gel polish and that they had to shave my nails down before they can paint them. I explained my nails are shiny because I buff them with a buffing block 1x a week. They wouldn’t believe me and said it would be $ 10 more to take the«gel» off. I got frustrated with the situation, looked up the polish online that I used and he confirmed it was not a gel, but at the same time he said I used gel… I was on a time crunch so I just let them«take the gel off» and charge me. OHMYGOD that was a mistake. It’s 2 full months later and my nails are STILL falling apart. So I paid these people $ 10EXTRA dollars to ruin my nails for MONTHS. DONOTCOMEHERE! I have wanted to write this review for so long, and I kept putting it off hoping my nails would just mend and I could forget about it, but I think of how much I hate those people daily as my *once healthy* nails just fall apart and crack down the middle. Thanks Unilocal, for letting me vent. Do not give me a sorry apology Quality Spa and Nails. Your apology isn’t wanted. My $ 20 back is what I want. And a time machine so I can go back in time and never come here

The atmosphere is nice and there was a gentlemen who did my pedicure and it was amazing however the lady who did my manicure was pushy and overcharged me for shoddy work. When the lady arrived she tried to begin my nails while I was receiving my pedicure and I asked her to wait and she did. When it was time for me to pick a color they didn’t have a great color selection, and the first few colors I picked they were out of. I eventually settled on a purple shade and asked for acrylic over all my nail. When she began my nails she DIDNOT do a manicure and left my cuticles as they were and roughly trimmed my nails. She then rushed through the remainder of the process and did shoddy work as well. She left parts of the nail showing in some places and smoothed the acrylic to thin so you can see the nail through the powder. At the end of it all she informs me while adding up my charges I did not get acrylic I got something else and its extra. i will never return to this salon again and I hate that I wasted my money.

I visited the salon that was here prior and was not a fan. It is now Quality Nails and it’s done a 180! I went in December to utilize a Groupon I was given for the deluxe manicure and pedicure. It was a great deal. My nail tech, Nancy, took her time and made sure I was well taken care of. I’m particular on how I like my nails and she did an amazing job(I highly recommend her). Outside of Nancy’s great work, I was also greeted by the owners. They were extremely hospitable and kind in making sure I was okay. The welcoming, alone, would give me reason to come back but top that off with a clean environment and friendly atmosphere… I’m a fan!

Wendy is an amazing Nail artist. There’s another woman named Tracy who speaks amazing English as well. Very friendly staff. I love that they listen to you and if you have any pictures or ideas just bring it to them and they can do it

i found out about this place from a flier i got on my windshield while shopping at target. they are offering 30% off for all services, sounded like a pretty sweet deal, and i desperately needed a fill. the place is brand new, everything looked clean and the décor was nice to look at. Richard did my fill, he was friendly and professional, and my nails look great

Loved this place! Lauren was so nice and efficient. They take a lot of care in their customers and do a great job. The price is great right now, too. They are running a 30% off special and I got my shellac mani for $ 21. I have really short nails but they were still able to make them look awesome.

I bought a deluxe gel Mani/Pedi and got french gel on my nails regular polish on my toenails and after paying the 40% off Groupon they tried to charge me 15.00 for the french manicure. This place is not all together and they have a new guy who can speak a little English that dictated the whole thing will never return.

Pretty much the worst acrylic set I’ve ever gotten. I had to reshape them myself. Not to mention it took entirely too long to get the guy to understand that I did NOT want squared off nails and that I wanted them stiletto style. The manager was condescending, and everyone I dealt with was incredibly difficult to understand much less communicate with. Never going back, I’ll either do it myself or go to my usual place.

Love this nail salon. Very clean and spacious, decorated so cute for Xmas. They did an excellent job on my deluxe pedicure and shellac manicure and the prices were much more reasonable then downtown. My new go-to spot!

I’m very into this new nail salon. They use the plastic covers on the bowls, new nail files and cuticle sticks each time, and it’s very clean. They offer a wide array of herbal pedicures with tea and oils. I’ve only done a regular pedicure and a peppermint one, but they’ve been pretty great. Good choices in colors. They’re offering a ton of grand opening specials right now, so if you’re looking to switch, come try them on a deal. I had grown tired of a couple of places up here. We’re moving soon, which is a bummer, but I only have time for this on weekends and will certainly consider making the drive.
