This location is the main plant, if you have something rush, just dropped it to this location and they can send to their other two location for pick up! (Jollyville or Ruthland) Rosy is great, very helpful! My clothes is always clean!

Worst place to get an alteration. They don’t listen at all. I brought a dress is to get different pads is the breast area because the ones in it had an obvious outline and looked lumpy. I explained that to the front desk girl which barely spoke English and asked that they change the pads out and would like the new pads to be tan. She said they could do that and that they could have it done by this morning bc I am leaving on a trip early tomorrow morning. I also asked that they call me if they couldn’t do it so I could take it somewhere else. I went this morning to pick it up and she hadn’t started it yet! So they told me to pick it up after work. When I tried the dress on, the outline of the breast pads were even worse and very lumpy. I showed the lady how terrible it looked and she just said well I don’t know. She then called the lady that altered the dress who told her she had taken out the original pads, put fabric around them, and put them back in! That was not what I wanted or asked for at all! After trying to explain 10 times to the desk lady and the owner what the problem was and how I couldn’t get it fixed now so I won’t have my dress for my trip, he yanked the dress out of my hands and threw it on the dirty bags of clothes behind him and told me to come back tomorrow after I just explained 10 times I was leaving town very early in the morning. I paid even though I didn’t want to and will never be back.
