Pro-Line Professional Upholstery & Carpet Cleaning

Disappointed. I left a message Monday at 4:00pm and still have not received a call back. Unprofessional.

Once again, you get what you pay for. If you want someone that is professional, shows up, cares about doing the job right, and does the work himself, use Greg Dill of Proline Carpet. We used them for tile.
They cleaned about 1,100 sq ft of 12 yr old tile and grout at my house in about 5 hours. If I had only known that such a difference could be had I would have done it years ago rather than attempting it myself based on internet tips/​how-​tos. Do not trust everything you read on the internet:-)
We used a professional because we are putting the house on the market and someone told me that picking Proline over the coupons that I had saved from mail marketing was the better idea despite cost difference. They made my tile look like new except for the old dog drool spot where a dog had laid in front of the A/​C intake vent for 12 yrs. In defense of the dog, if you are fluffy Australian shepherd mix in need of a cool spot, that spot was the best pick so we let her have it. Proline helped it but it is literally 6 inches of not perfect grout and the rest of the 1100 sq ft is AMAZING., AS IN LIKE NEW. Anyone that can make my kitchen tile look new has special powers.
Greg runs his own business and worked with a helper on the job. Maybe it’s like restaurants: they are better when the owner is on site. Active owners make a big difference.

I lease and our property manager marveled at how amazing the floors looked considering we’ve been here for one year! It’s been SIX MONTHS since our last cleaning with Greg and it’s still looking amazing. Seriously, add the protector, it’s totally worth it!

First time using Pro-​line and we are really happy with the results.
I’ve had some bad experiences with the national chains (constant attempts to upsell, unforeseen «expenses» and a hard push to pay in cash) so I was ready to go with a local business that I can trust and use again & again. I am really glad I chose Pro-​line. Greg was extremely professional and did a fabulous job! He even gave us tips on how to keep our carpet looking new in between cleanings.
I will recommend him to my friends and plan to use his services from now on.

He’s professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about all things carpet and upholstery related. I have two dogs and they aren’t always kind to my carpets.
