I called Prestige becuase I saw that they had an add on living social and I checked out the website which looked legit… Mike the owner showed up at my house on a Friday the 5th of july as he was scheduled to come out between 1−3pm. He came to the house at 3pm and pulled all his hoses up my stairs(I live in a three story Townhouse) and his hoses scratched all my side molding that runs the the stair well. So I asked him is he could perform the pet treatment for $ 10 extra which he did. This was a spray bottle filled with amonia and he had it on mist so it just carried all over the place making my whole house stink, Then he started cleaning the carpet… doing the walk in closet first which seemed very rushed. then moving into my master bedroom which he was moving really fast again. Im thinking in my head does this guy know what he is doing… and why does he not have any staff with him… odd the owner of a huge company working alone… I watched him pull the all the dirt in the top of the stars from the office and it dried a huge black ring… He then started the stairs… Which he completed in les then 20min… Well he leaves and charges me over $ 100 when he told me over the phone it would be cheaper then that… he did less then 300 sq ft of my house. I asked before he left what if i see spots after it drys and he told me I wouldnt see any spots… Well the next morning after I wake up and notice black streaks in my carpet… A huge black stain at the top of my stairs and the all the molding that I have lining the stair has bubbled up from the hot water… so I called him and asked that he come back to the house to look at the job and he told me he would call me back and send somone over the house… I called twice on saturday left two messages and let sunday go not calling him instead I sent an email to him and his director of operations which the email got kicked back. I figured out that his office line to reach any of his service cord or director of operations goes straight to him cell phone… So monday rolls around and I call him he finally answers and He acts like noting happened… I asked him why he hasnt contacted me and he makes up some story how the power is out in his office and how he is working out of some restaurant… He advises me to send the pictures to his email via text message. He does not respond to the text messages for a day… then he sends me some message letting me know a mark guy will get back to me with some sort of responce and he cannot do anything right now… that was the week of the 4th of july… now it is the 15th of july he is ignoring me and my calls, emails and texts… This guy is running a horrible buisness that does not stand behind its wonderful customer satisfaction it states it has on its website… ALLLIES… Please stay away from this company… I will try to post some pictures of the damages to my home.
