Posh Party Bus

STAY AWAY!!! No phone calls returned, no party bus showed and all business phones turned off!
We booked this company to take a group of 35 – 40 friends from Round Rock to downtown. We thought we were being smart by hiring a bus to take us there and back in a safe and responsible manner. Signed a contract with Posh Party bus, hired many babysitters for all of our kids, found our sexiest outfits and threw on our heels. We were ready to party like we were young again!
What we got was a total blackout. There we waited — babysitters paid for, smiles all around, everyone dressed their best, coolers ready for the ride and NO BUS. Poor hostess was beside herself with frustration as we congregated outside watching the headlights of every vehicle that drive down the street — crossing our fingers that the next set of lights would be our party bus. Our hostess had been calling since the day before (when she did not get her promised confirmation call) and had not received a return call yet. While we waited and started making other plans, we tried calling all the various numbers we could find for this company and called from different phones. Every call netted the same response — radio silence!
Looking into other Posh Party Bus reviews from 2013, we discovered that no shows must be their business plan for 2013.
Heed our warning and hire another party bus company. We have had success with Sixth Street Rides!

If zero stars was an option I would select it. They canceled on us the day of the event without warning claiming the bus broke down. I had 60 guests at my house Saturday and luckily Austin at ATX bus came thru with two smaller buses. I found out the real story from one of the drivers at the other company that the goliath driver quit and they didn’t have anyone else licensed to drive it. Would have been nice to be told earlier in the week so that I can make alternate arrangements. Was a very stressful birthday for my wife thanks to Posh. Will never use them or consider them for anything. Perhaps the should start small with a pedicab or something.

Have tried this service on 2 separate occasions. On the first, the bus broke down on the way to pick us up. We were notified approximately 15 mins before the bus was scheduled to arrive which meant we didn’t have enough time to plan a backup. Was offered a discount and tried the service again a few weeks later. Had over $ 1100 of fictitious and fraudulent charges placed on my credit card, even though we paid in cash. Management refused to refund the charges or explain most of them. Currently in dispute with the credit card company to clear the charges.
